This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This relaxing home has 2 outdoor showers, ample parking and is located within walking distance to LUNCH- Lobster Roll, The Clam Bar at Napeague and Cyril's restaurants.

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great beach trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group to coexist without being on top of each other the whole time. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.
