This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'.
