This new construction 'green' home was built in 2014. It is conveniently located SOH, just 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hamptons. It includes a modern BBQ on a large outdoor deck off a spacious, fully appointed kitchen-perfect for entertaining. You can also enjoy conversation seating with water view from another deck situated off the living room area. The home is equipped with the latest entertainment technology including a bluetooth and WIFI enabled entertainment system (access YOUR music/videos via smartphone or tablet). All rooms are equipped with LCD SMART TV's. The Master Bedroom Suite features a steam shower and a private porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail when you need some 'quiet time'. This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great beach trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group to coexist without being on top of each other the whole time. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our annual girls weekend was a great time in this home. It was the perfect fit for us. The home is beautiful, very clean, great open concept for a large gathering. Terrific beachy vibes. The neighborhood was beautiful, walking to the beach was so easy, and beautiful scenery.

Great place - great owner

House is exactly as described. Owner communication was top notch as was his response time. House was very well appointed. House was located walking distance to the beach which is key but it is on a major highway and alittle on the noisy side.

Loved spending time there with family!

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.

What a wonderful place ! Easy to get in and out of. Four outdoor spaces so you can chase the sun or hide from the sun. Each deck/patio is well seated.Kitchen is well equipped ( could not find the fly swatter for the occasional beach fly ). Interior seating is spacious with all common areas on second level.Comfortable Beds and furniture.Easy walk to beach. Great time of year.A/C and ceiling fans kept us comfortable.Powder Room on Second floor was very convenient.Owner communicated well and promptly. Small issue with door lock was quickly solved.Private.Only thing that would have made it the best.... Coupons for the Lobster Roll Sandwich Shop two blocks up ! ( Yikes )

Great place!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

The perfect place!

We spent Thanksgiving as a family here. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Super comfortable, clean and close enough for us to take nice, albeit chilly, walks on the gorgeous beach. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very thoughtful and flexible regarding the check in and out. The house made our Thanksgiving as a family very special.
