Oceanfront townhome in prime location. 3 Bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths. Roughly 2200 square feet. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed, plus a queen sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Board games and puzzles are included to keep family and friends entertained in the evenings.

Three wonderful outdoor spaces! Large front patio on boardwalk with comfortable seating for 10. Small ocean front balcony off of the living room, and a large private roof top deck with built in BBQ, lounge area, dining area, bar stools . . . Views of the ocean, the bay and gorgeous sunset views!

The home is located in an ideal location! It is walking distance to the Balboa Pier which has the famous Ruby's Diner on the end. Also, a short walk from shops, restaurants, as well as the ferry that takes you to charming Balboa Island.

The home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation: bikes (roughly 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes). beach chairs, beach towels, corn hole, sand toys, beach umbrellas and more!

*All guests accept full responsability for their safety and assume risk when using any equipment in the home. Guests are resposible for any damge they cause to any of the equipment. Guests must report any damage they cause.

It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. We've just added a pack-n-play crib, and a booster seat high-chair. Can comfortably accommodate two families, or one family plus grandparents. Also great for a Girls Weekend, or a couples vacation.

The house was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Rooftop BBQ and seating area was great with fantastic views of the bay on one side and the pier and ocean on the other. Beach access is practically on the sand. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again!

It’s hard to put into words what this trip meant to our family. Jessica was truly the most communicative and compassionate host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nice property with amazing views! We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this house right on the beach. The beach and surrounding area gets a little busy on the weekends, so prepare for lots of traffic if you need to leave the house. Can't beat hearing the waves crash from the comfort of the living room!

Beautiful Comfortable House

Absolutely loved this property. There were 8 of us and quite a bit of room for everyone. Ages 16 through 86. Shops, restaurants and pier within walking distance. Jessica was the perfect host.

Great Property / Great Location!We had an amazing time! This property offers the perfect beach location on the boardwalk. It is within walking distance to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone and the Balboa Island Ferry. The unit is clean, well-equipped with everything you need. It is an incredible property, was everything and more that we expected. Was our first time to Newport Beach, Jessica was very helpful suggesting places to go and great restaurants. The home is equipped with anything and everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our plans included a day at Disneyland which was a convenient 20 minutes drive away.

Wow, what an amazing stay. Perfect location. Quiet part of the peninsula. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. We stayed here with a 4 year old, parents, and grandparents. Perfect house for multi-generation vacation. Has amenities in the house for everyone (games for all ages), bikes, scooters, helmets, and sand toys. Our 4 year old is EXTREMELY active so we need to rent a place that gives us many options to “run” out his energy. This house gave us that. The home is right on a bike path and a minute walk to great playground. The home is clean and well maintained. Has everything you need to cook and be at home. Lastly, Jessica, the owner/manager of the property really cares for the home and your experience in it. I have vacationed in my VRBOs and the best stays are always the places that are managed by the homeowners (not rental companies). Jessica takes a lot of pride in her home, she is very responsive, and ready to help with anything. This one is a gem.

My family lives local but decided to rent a beach house for a few days to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. BEST DECISION EVER!! We felt as if we were on vacation. Not only was staying on the beach amazing, but the location was walking distance to everything we needed to make our time special. The home is walking distance to Ruby’s Diner where we got 8 am milkshakes with the kids, walking distance to the Balboa Fun Zone and the ferry. It was truly the best staycation! Jessica’s home came with everything we needed to feel at home. I would stay again 100%!

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

Why they chose this property

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with bikes (around 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes!), 3 paddle boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas - and more!.

What makes this property unique

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including around eight adult bikes, as well as kids bikes. There are also paddle boards, beach, chairs, boogie boards, and everything you need for the sand. We have board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
