Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.

We stayed here with two families and couldn’t have been happier! The location near Balboa Pier was perfect—just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the ferry. So many activities for the kids too! The house is beautifully updated with stylish finishes, a gorgeous kitchen, and a new bathrooms. It was styled beautifully and SUPER clean - which I really appreciate. The beds were SO comfortable. I’ve never slept so good on a vacation before. The house was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
