Steps away from world class beaches, the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, Beach Park, restaurants, shops, arcades, ferries, boat rentals and bicycle shops. Everything you need is one block away, no driving necessary. Hop on the Balboa Ferry--2 minute walk--to Balboa Island to buy a balboa ice cream bar. Gourmet kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel Thermador Professional appliances. Enjoy two outdoor balconies, BBQ, Ultra-clean, air conditioning and heating unit with dedicated laundry room and parking for two vehicles in the garage parked tandem. A Pack 'n Play and Highchair Booster Seat available for use upon request. This property has a view of the bay, it is not bayfront. The VRBO map location on the bay is incorrect. Been to Balboa/Newport area many times. This is, hands down, the best place we have ever stayed! Hoping to book the same place next year!Shout out to Beach Bros! This service is a must for a family of beach goers in this area. They will set up chairs, umbrellas, games, fire pits, etc. Multiple packages and very affordable,

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!!

We stayed here with two families and couldn’t have been happier! The location near Balboa Pier was perfect—just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the ferry. So many activities for the kids too! The house is beautifully updated with stylish finishes, a gorgeous kitchen, and a new bathrooms. It was styled beautifully and SUPER clean - which I really appreciate. The beds were SO comfortable. I’ve never slept so good on a vacation before. The house was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Balboa weekend

We were here for my Mom's 90th birthday. I grew up on 10th Street and this was the perfect place to stay. So clean and so convenient!

Great vacation spot

House was a great size for the 6 of us and perfect location to the beach. We had hoped the back deck was accessible from the main living area instead of everyone having to go through the master bedrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay during the boat parade.

Premium property in a great location

We had a lovely thanksgiving holiday here! The location was ideal to hop on the ferry to Catalina island, walk the beach and watch the surfers. Great restaurants abound and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to have a great meal in. We did all of those things and had a blast!

Family reunion

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 adults in town for an Aunt’s 90th birthday celebration. There was plenty of room for us to comfortably enjoy our stay. The location was fantastic & the property was clean & beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! It was walking distance to beach & bay & plenty of nice restaurants

Bay view home in Balboa

Staying at this bay view home in Balboa Beach was amazing. The panoramic views of the bay were breathtaking. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the spacious deck for watching boats go by. The location was perfect too, just steps away from the beach and local attractions. It truly made our vacation unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!"

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. It is immaculately clean with really nice finishes. The property is great for families. It is close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The owner was great to work with. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Newport Beach.

Family vaca 2024

The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Kitchen nice and well stocked with the necessities. Wish it was stocked with some beach chairs. We always book our beach vaca’s through VRBO and all have accommodated for that. But not deal breaker. Would book again. We really enjoyed our stay and location.
