Cozy and clean offering huge views of beautiful Beaver Creek. Easily sleeps 12, with many sleeping options including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds plus several full/twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen and gas grill to cook gourmet meals. Bright with natural light, this townhouse is central to everything the Vail Valley offers. Relax in your private hot tub after a day of world-class skiing or hiking through the aspens. Walk to Avon's town center, free skier shuttle, Nottingham Park, Walking Mountains Science Center, shops and restaurants/pubs like Northside Cafe, Vin 48 and Ein Prosit.

4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms plus finished basement. Each room is on it's own half level for maximum privacy. Pack n Play available upon request, upstairs master bedroom has a huge closet that works well as an attached nursery.

Digital code lock for easy self check-in at anytime. Full private use of the entire house (Note: garage is locked off for owner storage)

Getting around:
3 minute walk to Avon's free in-town shuttle, or .5 mile walk to Avon Transportation Center for free Beaver Creek shuttle and Eco-bus to Vail. Easily take a Ride Taxi, Uber or Lyft anywhere in the Valley. $13 Uber fare from front door to Beaver Creek Village; $18 Uber fare to Vail Village (highly recommended for easy and convenient ride to the slopes)

Family Wedding Weekend

We were older brothers and sisters - so we wanted a place to spread out. This place was perfect. Clean, well equipped kitchen, a bathroom Great stay- for every bedroom- it couldn’t have been more perfect. When one of the TV’s didn’t work, George came and fixed it right away!

Great for a group

We were a large group of friends (10 of us) staying at this house for a long weekend, for a wedding in nearby Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch. The house was fantastic for us--room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms and beds, and super clean! The living room and dining area were bigger than they looked from the photos, and really comfortable for hanging out in as a group. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was juuuust outside the Beaver Creek shuttle range, but we found that Ubers were available until at least midnight, and the parking lot for picking up the free shuttle was a close drive. We had a great stay at this house and highly recommend it!

Vail Wedding Weekend

We were very pleased with the way the unit was stocked. Plenty of paper products, dishes, utensils and even fresh dried spices. There were a couple of issues. The lower room bedroom has no closet and the bureau drawers were so warped they wouldn't open. The entry way bedroom could use a chest of drawers. The dining room table chairs are rough and a couple of folks got splinters. This is a large unit and three parking spaces is a challenge. Walking two blocks for overflow parking is not really convenient but doable. It was a warm weekend and the lack of air conditioning made the upper bedrooms quite warm. Thankfully there were fans.

Nice location and comfortable rooms

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property ~ enough rooms for 12 people, comfortable beds, good privacy for each room, and kids had the great time to slide at the hills in the back yard! Most of all, the manager had been very responsive and helpful! Thank you Derek!

Comfortable Stay

This place was very roomy for 12 people. Communication with the host was quick and easy. It was right off the interstate so getting to beaver creek resort was no problem, and getting to vail resort was just a 20 minute drive. Great stay overall.

Nice Getaway

The property had room for four couples to each have our own private space and bathroom on separate levels. The location was great to access places in Avon with very little driving as well as nearby towns. We asked for local recommendations for food and drink, and the host had some excellent ones. In places, the property seems a little tired and could be perked up with some paint, but we enjoyed our stay. It was just right for our needs, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Avon - party of 11

We had a great time in this house In late summer. Location is very convenient, right off I-70, minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Cool hiking right out the backyard. Comfortably slept 11 people, mostly teenagers and adults. Hot tub is really nice and the guitar is a nice touch.
