A tropical garden of palm trees and fragrant hibiscus bushes greets you when you arrive at this unique tropical getaway. It sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two baths.

Out on the spacious lanai, the kids will splash in the heated pool as you recline on a sun lounger savoring the view of palm trees reflecting off the still turquois waterway. Meanwhile, the family barbeque chef is firing up the gas gill for the poolside lunch you’ll enjoy on the shaded table cooled by an overhead fan.

After lunch, head down to your private dock and take out your boat for a day of fishing or just sit and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee. In the evening, you’re in for a treat. Marco Island is renowned for its spectacular sunsets, and your lanai faces west, so blend yourself an ice-cold tropical drink and sit back and watch the setting sun paint the sky fiery orange.

The stylishly decorated interior is the perfect complement to the water view. Modern furnishings blend with an Island-style decor to create an easygoing coastal feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the hard wood floors, filling the rooms with natural light. Cozy sofas and chairs in front of a wall-mounted big screen television make the ideal gathering spot. Fantastic location, great house

We had the best time ! The house was so lovely . Pool was a good size . Great to have the bikes . We hired kayaks to use on the canal at the back of the house . It would have been an extra bonus if we didn’t have to hire them (the house over the canal had them at the house already). We will definitely be back !

This house, this location was truly amazing. House and neighborhood Sparkled! Loved the warm pool. Ran interesting neighborhood every morning the jumped in pool. 8 minute bike ride to beach everyday. Kayaking in back canals was a dream. Plus Marco Island is a one of a Kind! Clean beach and warm Gulf waters. Plus put on our adventure hats and went to Tigertail beach on north end of island and "Waded" across the lagoon out to beautiful Gulf beach.. 5 STARS!!!!!

The kids loved swimming in our pool. We brought out 25 ft pontoon boat and we enjoyed taking it to little islands to find shells. The only downside of our stay was trying to find a place for the boat trailer. Everything else was perfect and would definitely recommend this house for a family or 4 or 6. It was lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful! We hope to stay here again. Some restaurants I highly recommend are Oyster Society, Sale e Pepe, Capri Fish House, DaVinci's, and 844 Gulf and Prime.

The whole house was very clean including the pool area. The pool is deep for small children but it was not a problema for me, we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is stocked with everything possible that you may need. Plenty of towels and very white . The beach area is very close by car, we use the Turtle Lot Beach parking lot. We definitely will rent this house again and Ihighly recommended.

Great quiet location on a canal with daily tarpon feeding entertainment by the neighbor.Master bed and bath were lovely and very comfortable, as were the other 2 bedrooms and bath. Well-equipped kitchen with clean, newer utensils/pots/glasses/plates. Felt at home and very comfortable.Dining area was nice, but when we didn't eat out, we ate at the great table, etc on the lanai. Pool was awesome - kids loved swimming and diving for toys. Mom loved floating in the full-sun all afternoon. Kids walked to the beach one day, wasn't terribly far and a great idea with public beach parking in Marco.Property Management was stellar! Any questions we had were promptly answered.The boys went on a fishing charter one day on Goodland. We also rented kayaks from Paddle Marco - Super quick delivery to the home. We left them upon our departure and they picked them back up. Great service!Our favorite restaurants visited on our vacation: Dolphin Tiki, Crabby Lady, Little Bar, Marco Island Brewery and Doreen's Cup o' Joe (breakfast).Would definitely visit Marco again and wouldn't hesitate staying at this home.

Our liason at Marco Properties, Andrew Vale, was knowledgeable and prompt with support. Lovely sunset views from screeded lanai. Enjoyed daily visitors including palm warbler and tarpon fish. Bicycle ride past burrowing owls, bald eagles and gopher tortoises on your way to the market. The house was immaculate and fully equipped with comfortable , practical furnishings. There was plenty of room for a family of 6.

I cannot say enough good things about this house and agency. Everything was perfect. House is awesome, nicely decorated with quality furniture, location is amazing (I walked to the beach every morning and back for remote working at 9am). Pool area is amazing. had great sunsets while sipping our mango margaritas. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable. A big chapeau to the agency for their 5 star service. Andrew Valle is an amazing professional and he supported us from the choice to the end. I had two little issues (once with grill and the other one with laundry) the agency was there after an hour to fix it. Incredible efficient! I cannot immagine a better service and a better place to enjoy your holidays. For the owner, your place has been a blessing for us and we loved your house, your taste and your stile. We go to Marco island often and from now on I need to schedule my vacations around this house’s availability. This is how much we liked the place and the service. Cana Ogan

The house was super clean right when we walked in, all the amenities we needed, and a beautiful view of the sunset. The boys loved the pier so they could fish and the open back patio with a pool and places for everyone to sit was really great for entertaining. I liked that the host reached out after we got settled and checked in on us to see if we needed anything or if there were any issues to contact them. We didn’t have any major issues except that our group was all adults so the two twin beds were a tad small for us and if you wanted the fan on, you didn’t really feel it because the fan is in the middle and the beds aren’t directly in the middle of the room. Besides that, everything was great and I would highly recommend if the twin beds don’t bother you :)

We had a great stay in this lovely home in Marco! It’s beautifully landscaped located on a canal in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location, close to the beach and stores. Loved the local farmers market less than a mile away on Wednesdays. The pool area was wonderful with lots of seating and a nice grill. The dock was great with a new looking boat lift, ladder and fish cleaning station. The house itself has a very nice floor plan, tastefully furnished and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you

Great family vacation

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters, as well as my parents spent the week in this lovely home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the pool was great. We enjoyed being on the canal and fishing off the pier and having the use of 2 bikes. We were able to walk to Mackel Park for the farmer's market and other activities. It was a short ride to the beach.
