All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking passes. This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures, and everything was in great working condition.We stayed at Aqua last year, so we were familiar with the nearby stores and restaurants. It's in a great location.

Beautiful unit with beautiful views

The photos do not do this unit justice, this place is beautiful! Condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing. Security was friendly along with some Aqua owners that we met. Will stay again!

I'd Give It 6 Stars If I Could!

We've been coming to PCB for a number of years now, staying at various houses and condos during that time and this condo has become our fave. Thankfully, there's no "Live Laugh Love" or "Relax, Your at the Beach" signs hanging on the walls :) This is a very well decorated, modern, extremely comfortable condo with all the amenities you could desire, and the oversized outdoor patio is the icing on the cake. Plus, it's centrally located on the strip, so you're close to many great restaurants. If luxury is your idea of unwinding at the beach, this is the place to be!

Gulf of America at its Finast

Everything about this condo goes above and beyond expectations. This beautiful professionaly dcorated unit was exactly what we needed to escape the harsh winter season of northern Ohio. From the breathtaking views of The Gulf of America, the very comfortable beds and all the amenities, this was a winner. We've stayed in many rentals on the beach, however this one is truly the most luxurious, well appointed one we've ever had the pleasure to rent. The attention to detail from the beautiful, modern decor, to all the extra touches like the stand-alone ice maker, wine cooler, the multi-rain shower heads in the master, and the top-tier furniture are all way above and beyond the normal condo rental experience. And the extra large outdoor area with the comfortable seating was where we spent a good part of each day. You don't even have to go to the beach! Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, near all our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. But please ignore everything I've just written as we want to make sure this condo is available in the near future, ) 5 stars plus!

The carriage house was very clean and well equipped. There was only street parking and walking to the unit meant walking down an alley a short distance. As a woman traveling alone I wouldn’t have rented this knowing I had to walk down an alley to get to the house from the street. Mind you some of the properties have their parking in the back or their units were accessed via the alley/back access road. I didn’t feel unsafe though and it was an extremely quiet neighborhood. The carriage house had a great large upper balcony equipped with table and chairs and a little area with patio table and BBQ at the entrance. You weren’t far from anything you could ever possibly need as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking again if there was access to the back of the property from the street and avoid the alley all together. The owners (not the host) are at the front street side and the carriage home is above the owners garage at the back of their property. The carriage house is nicely decorated and tasteful and it doesn’t feel like your above a garage to be honest. Liked the fact I was able to do a little Netflix binge too. I did get to meet Brian (Host) and the Property Owner do to a glitch with the air conditioning system and they were attentive and worked hard to get the system in operating order again. Both gentlemen were great to deal with and personable.

Super clean, beautifully decorated(super classy!), great balcony space, and comfortable furniture!!!

Was pleasantly surprised that we finally found a unit on a vacation that was actually CLEAN. I always check the floors to see if they will make our feet dirty and the “wet paper towel test” proved how clean this unit really is! It really is as beautiful, if not more in person, as it is in the pictures! The decor and the details of it all- sooo beautiful! Balcony was just refurnished, furniture inside and outside is comfortable, and all of the beds were cozy too! Master bath is gorgeous and very functional and we loved that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The fireplace created a cozy inside vibe without the heat(you can turn the heat on/off). Plenty of ice between the freezer ice maker and the separate stand alone ice maker beside the dishwasher. We loved about everything…a couple things to mention- the dishwasher is not functioning properly, but we just hand washed everything. Not a huge deal for us at all. Also, the outlet on the balcony doesn’t work as it would trip the breaker to the bedroom nearest to it when we tried to plug in a fan for some air circulation out there. Would definitely stay here again!!! 10/10 highly recommend! P.S. - our trip was last week of August, so we had no issue finding a parking spot and no long waits for the elevators. Luggage carts were also easy to locate/use. Walmart is super close and a cute market with lots of clean, organic food options was across the road from walmart too. We shopped there mainly as that is our “thing”.

The most Beautiful Condo, I have ever stayed in Panama City Beach. More exquisite in person. Me and my friends found the condo to be very well accommodating with dishes, pots, pans and other items. The beds are comfortable and each rooms decor throughout the condo was gorgeous!!! From beginning to the end of our stay the service was superb. Checking in to see how everything was going was much appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.!

Melissa was great and quick to respond to anything we needed. The location was great! The condo was clean, but needed a little updating. It is my understanding that this company just acquired the property & they are working on that. No issues that would keep us from staying again. It is just an older condo.
