Welcome to Aqua Boujee Beach! Two king suites and luxurious bedding.
This condo has been voted most beautiful condo in PCB!
Step inside to designer fixtures and power wall to wall drapes that open to a stunning view of the Gulf of America sugar white sand, and miles of beach. Take a cappuccino on the balcony as the sun rises, throw your feet up on the luxe patio furniture for the sunsets (perhaps even with an adult beverage chilled by the ice ball maker in the freezer). High end appliances, fully equipped kitchen and dining, and walk in travertine tile glass showers make this something more than just a getaway for our family and close friends...it is an escape. If you absolutely have to "work from beach", like we do on occasion, we have you covered with the highest speed internet available, new 4k OLED and QLED tvs in the main room and both king sized bedrooms or lounge on the two fold out queen sofas if you prefer.

Rest easy on gloriously cushioned mattresses (high speed chargers for your devices on the nightstands). Everything you need for your stay is provided, including beach service during the season. New LG oven, range, microwave and French door refrigerator; soothing art and textures; and a clean comfortable and cool (brand new HVAC) makes this stay something you'll remember for quite some time. We are careful about our guests and limit the number, but try to accommodate your requests and conveniences. You are walking distance to Pier Park, tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. If you drive there is covered parking, and you are only minutes from a Tesla supercharger. Saunas, hot tubs, pools (indoor and out) grills, work out rooms...lounges...name your personal "ahhhhhhh", be our guest, and share our secret getaway with our family. Welcome to our Boujee Beach.

Updated unit exactly like described and depicted on the listing. Easy check in, great location, view, and amenities with very comfortable beds. Host very easy to communicate with and was very willing to try to make up for a few minor inconveniences that were not within her control. Absolutely beautiful condo that was stocked with every amenity a guest could need. It was a surprise and pleasure to be welcomed with beach cups. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect right on the beach with a short walk to Pier Park. While there was an hour delay in the check-in process, the host was very kind and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Very nice room that is located close to Pier Park and plenty of things to do without having to drive. Everything is just as described. Only downside I would say, if it's really a downside, would be that the room is so nice and clean that if you have kids you'd want to be careful and make sure and cover the sofas etc with the provided sheets. The host is great, check-in was simple. I didn't really notice in the listing, but I was reserving at the last minute so it may be there and I didn't see it, but you do have to pay for parking.

Over our forty plus year marriage we've traveled to hundreds of places. We've traveled for the kids' sports and events, family vacations, weddings...you name it-we've probably tried it. Our experiences taught us things we enjoyed and things we didn't. When we first bought in Panama City Beach (where my husband grew up) a few years ago, we didn't cut corners. We weren't (and aren't) interested in the typical "heads and beds" institutional rental that we saw all the time. For our own getaway, we wanted sumptuous, not simple. Our Aqua Boujee Beach reflects that approach, and we want to be more than just another cookie cutter condo, for just another getaway.

We don't get to use the property as much as we would like, and we listened to people who told us about renting it out. Over several years we tried various property managers...big ones, small ones, boutiques...but none were a good fit. They simply didn't care about the property or the guests the way we care about our home and family...so we began an experiment in property management. We cater to a very particular group of people, we try and provide personal attention to each guest, and we do our best to make every guest ultimately part of our extended family. We take notes about what our guests like and don't like, and we don't always exceed expectations-but we try.

Why they chose this property

Aqua is an extremely solid property. The building is probably fifteen years old, but the very active owner's association has kept the property in tip top shape, with wonderful amenities, fast elevators, and attention to detail.

What makes this property unique

Love. It still takes our breath away when we drive down from Chattanooga or Atlanta and open those doors, and are presented with a special type of wow. It is hard to explain, but you know when an owner doesn't care about their home, you know when an owner cares a lot about their home, and you know when an owner LOVES their home. I think you will feel the love.
