We are the new owners of this beautiful, top floor condo in the Makaha Valley. We are excited to share our little slice of paradise, Featuring sweeping panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and surrounding countryside from the lanai of this newly refurbished and updated 16th floor "penthouse suite" condo in the Makaha Valley Towers. Comfortably sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the half bedroom plus a portable bed for that 5th person. This unit is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or family looking for that perfect family friendly vacation. Easy (free parking) close to the building and a fast elevator that will take you almost right to the front door of the unit so it is suitable for handicapped and elderly as well. Also, the cool ocean breeze and central air conditioning will keep you cool 24/7.

Fully-furnished, one and a half bedroom, one-bath condominium in the beautiful Makaha Valley on the west shore of Oahu. The unit is approximately 680 square feet and sleeps up to 5 people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a brand new built in twin bunk bed (with brand new memory foam mattresses and curtains and doors for privacy) in the half bedroom room, and, if necessary, a fold out portable single bed. This unit boasts awesome ocean and mountain views from the lanai and is a top floor unit overlooking the entire coastline (please do NOT book if you have a fear of heights. This will NOT be the unit for you.)

The kitchen is fully equipped with fresh paint, new nickel hardware, a brand new refrigerator, a dishwasher, and stove. It includes small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and electric coffee maker as well as dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The unit was just furnished with a new sofa, arm chair, a brand new 43 inch flat screen TV in the living room, a 32 inch in the bedroom and there is a full complement of bed linens, pillows, pillow covers and towels. The Makaha Valley Towers is located about 35 minutes from the Honolulu Airport and 45 minutes from Waikiki Beach. The Makaha Valley Towers boasts resort-style living with a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue area, and championship 18-hole golf course (Makaha Country Club) right next door.

Located just one-and-one-half miles (long walk, short jog, or quick ride) to the beautiful, uncrowded, and world-famous Makaha surfing beach which is perfect for swimming, surfing, tanning, and relaxing. Up the road about five miles, there is also Kaena State Park which is another very beautiful uncrowded beach with great hiking trails along the ocean. You can hike two-and-one-half miles to Kaena Point or the entire five miles to the North Shore of Oahu. Another nearby attraction (eight miles) is JW Marriott's Ko Olina Resort and Disney's new Aulani Resort which has five man-made lagoons and is an excellent place to swim, snorkel, and relax for the whole family. It is also home to Paradise Cove Luau which is the best luau that I have been to on all the islands!
