Non-smoking, no pets — 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Gas Fireplace, Downtown location, and Seasonal Pool!

We have outdoor cameras. Guest agrees to pay $50 per hour for late or early check in/out and for extra cleaning if home is left in poor condition.

The location is perfect! The condo is beautiful, perfection! The host, you couldn’t ask for a better host. The two balconies were comfortable with pretty views. You can see part of the creek and hear the water.If they repair the separate elevator that takes you to the base of the steep hill, handicapped guest should have no issue, otherwise, the hill going down and back up is very steep, 175 steps (not stairs) up and about the length of a football field. Will definitely be our first choice if the base elevator is in working order.

We stayed here over Christmas week and this place is great! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The views from the balconies give a great view of Gatlinburg as well. With the shopping strip just feet from the condo, we walked everywhere with ease. I would highly recommend staying here, and this will be our go to again when we return.

Hi, I’m Leitha Butler! My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 47 years—we actually started dating when I was 13 and he was 14. We’ve been blessed with five children (4 sons and 1 daughter), four wonderful daughters‑in‑law, and six precious grandchildren.

We both grew up in small towns near Huntsville, Alabama, and have called Huntsville home since 1991. Our vacation‑rental journey began in 1997 with our first chalet in Gatlinburg. Over the years we’ve also owned two condos in Panama City Beach, Florida. Sadly, our beloved Cottage Gardens Chalet was lost in the 2016 wildfires—but we found Summit Manor soon after and immediately fell in love with its amazing downtown location and views.

Since 2001 we’ve proudly rented directly to guests, caring for each property as if we were welcoming friends. We’d love to host you in our Summit Manor condo—and we’re sure you’ll love it just as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We found Summit Manor condos after we lost our chalet in the wildfires. It is one of the best locations in downtown Gatlinburg! You have a beautiful view and you can walk to everything too! We are right above Calhoun Village, across the street from TGI Fridays and the condo parking lot actually overlooks the Convention Center.

What makes this property unique

Fantastic Downtown location, beautiful downtown and mountain view, watch the Tram go up and down the mountain! We are only steps to downtown shopping, attractions and eating.
