Quiet and seaside in charming house 3000 m2 park
Overlooking the port of Guildo and located at the crossroads of several beaches, we welcome you in a beautiful stone house framed by a landscaped park, very quiet, with sea and countryside views (4000 m2).
A large terrace facing south and west will allow you to enjoy a panoramic view of this garden (several awards) and the surrounding countryside. Summer evenings are very pleasant there with a drink or a barbecue (available), in winter you can enjoy a good fire.
The ground floor has a large living room dining room of 54 m2, an equipped kitchen, a WC, an equipped laundry area (washer-dryer) and a dressing room.
Upstairs 3 beautiful bedrooms welcome you (sleeps 7). A bathroom with independent spa and another integrated into the red room. A WC completes this arrangement.
