Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave one set of the key and fob in the condo on the counter and the second set with security at the front gate entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must provide names of all occupants and provide government issued ID at check-in
Must follow posted property rules for use of the bbq at the cabana.Keep common areas clean, tidy and put back any moved outdoor furnishings when done.
Do not leave any food or beverages out unattended as it may attract ants. Keeping counter tops and floors clean will prevent this from occurring.
