Gustavo’s property was just as advertised. We were in town for my girls cheer allstar worlds. Very convenient location for travel to and from event. Pools provided great entertainment and walking distance from room. Publix and other restaurants all very close. We will stay here again with no issues!!

This was a beautiful condo. Great location in Orlando and had everything we needed for a one week stay. But I'd also happily book there for an extended stay as well.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were all very nice size. I really enjoyed the balcony and lovely view. The pristine pool is steps from the condo. We walked to the shopping area every day for groceries (Publix) and/or ate at the various restaurants (Ternerita steak house, Beth’s Burgers, NYPD Pizza, Chipotle) which were all excellent. Parking was right outside the condo steps and we easily drove to our event each day. I would recommend and stay here again!Our flight arrived in the early afternoon and since the condo was ready, Gustov allowed us early entrance which we appreciated very much!

Perfect!

Excellent stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Would easily stay again. Does need the front door lock checked though as it had difficulty locking when we would leave.

Very nice accommodations for our stay in Orlando. My son’s team had a basketball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay Resort was a great location for the event. The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. The unit was clean and the full kitchen was perfect for our needs. The resort had several pools to utilize, a nice work out facility and a basketball court. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Very good overall experience.

Wonderful property

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We had a little hiccup checking in, but owner was extremely responsive and the challenge was corrected immediately. If you have an event at the Convention Center, this is the place to stay. A short 15-20 min walk saves the money and hassle of the parking lot. Our group would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for sports tournament week

We were just in Orlando for the volleyball national tournament and this was the perfect spot to stay. The drive to the convention center was about 3 minutes and that was such a relief after the long days. It was crazy hot while we were there, but the condo was quick to cool and stayed cool all day. The pool area is very nice, and with the new larger pool right by the unit it was a quick way to cool off on our off afternoons. Kitchen was stocked with pans you could actuall use to cook so we saved time and money by eating at home. Great stay!

Nice setting and location

The most important impression is that the owner was VERY responsive to minor issues we encountered with a couple of appliances. He came immediately to correct them. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have the kitchen a little better stocked. We had six people and had to wash dishes often bc we needed more plates and glasses and cutlery. There was no plastic to be used on balcony or bathrooms.

Know before you go

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay and will definitely go back. Pros: very convenient location to the convention center and publix. The complex was clean and fun for all of us. Plenty of space in the units, as well. Cons: our particular unit smelled musty when we got there and there was black mold on the ceiling all around the vents in the dining area and master bedroom/bathroom. The owners were easy to reach and cleaning people were there within a day to clean the ceiling- My concern with this unit is that the mold is likely in the ducts, as well. That will keep us from going back to this particular unit. Also- please know that this is a HUGE complex with two sides to it. The large pool was across the road from our section. Easy to get to and wasn’t an issue, just a heads up. The convention center is definitely not within walking distance but it was an easy drive.

Great location with plenty of space for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Etienne and Gustavo’s property. We all had enough space to ourselves to relax after each busy day. The back balcony overlooks a pond, with great sunset views, and frequently fireworks in the distance. We loved how close the pool and spa were to the unit. The pool area is attractively landscaped, and the pool heated to a very comfortable level. It was a nice place to swim and relax in the sun. The full kitchen allowed us to get breakfast fast in the condo, as well as prepare a few meals ourselves. We ended up doing a load of laundry before leaving, which gave us fresh clothes, and less to do when we got home. The whole family enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it. This is a first rate place, close to lots of attractions and restaurants that is well maintained and comfortable.
