Close to shops, restaurants, cycle paths, Baïa bus, beaches ... Beautiful apartment T3 of 68 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator and closed garage of 30 m2 in the basement.
The apartment has a large living room-dining room of 30 m², a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven + microwave (2 in 1) Tassimo coffee machine, toaster ...), 2 bedrooms with a 140x200 double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet.
The 10 m² terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, 1 deckchair.
The apartment has a closed garage in the basement for a car of 30 m2.
The linen is provided: bed linen, towels, including bath mats and kitchen towels.
