Ideally located between the city center and the beaches of Arcachon. Close to activities: Golf, tennis, spa, horse riding, just 50 minutes by train from BORDEAUX and close to the Dune du Pilat easily accessible by bike!

It is located on the first floor of a 3-story residence, built in the 1960s.
This residence is mainly composed of year-round residents.
The apartment consists of:
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 1 children's room with bunk beds.
1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob) open to the living room opening onto a balcony.

Lovely bright and spacious apartment in beautiful Arcachon

We stayed for a week at the end of July and had a great time. It’s a little bit of an uphill walk from the station or town centre with your luggage but really not bad at all. About 15-20 mins with kids. There’s a lovely lift up to the park from the town centre on your way to the apartment, a pleasant walk through the park, then a wander past some of the amazing mansions before you reach the woods beside the flat. All very beautiful. All went really smoothly dealing with the owner and with her friend who met us at the apartment and gave us the keys and showed us around the flat. The owner is really lovely to communicate with. We had two adults and three children and there was loads of space. The flat has been done up recently and is really modern. The beds are very comfortable. We used the shop at the campsite 50m away for our breakfast bread and pastries. Thoroughly recommended. Magnifique! Merci bien, Sophie!

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Arcachon. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas oberhalb der Winterstadt. Mit den RĂ€dern ist man in gut 10 min. in der Stadt, zurĂŒck etwas lĂ€nger. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer schönen Hausgemeinschaft, ist super sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet ind Wein steht bei Ankunft auch schon im KĂŒhlschrank . Bushaltestelle ist in der NĂ€he und ein BĂ€cker in 3 min. mit dem Rad. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren im August mit der Familie da. Wohnung war wie beschrieben und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die FahrrÀder waren sehr hilfreich, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind. An- und Abreise hat problemlos funktioniert. Korrespondenz mit der Gastgeberin Sophie hat gut geklappt. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

GerĂ€umige, sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Balkon ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. FahrrĂ€der stehen zur VerfĂŒgung, daher können alle Wege bequem zurĂŒckgelegt werden. Wohnungsausstattung top! Betten sehr gut. Vermietung hat super geklappt. Allerdings kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he. Alles in allem ein guter Platz fĂŒr Naturliebhaber, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 17-jÀhrige MÀdchen) einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, extrem sauberen, liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement in ruhiger Lage verbracht. Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Familie benötigt: ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, usw., großer Esstisch, GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, drei schöne Schlafzimmer, es waren sogar mehr als die vier angegebenen FahrrĂ€der vorhanden. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde schnelle Abhilfe geschaffen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Un bel appartement bien agencé, parfait pour rayonner sur Arcachon et la région

C'est la deuxiĂšme fois que nous venons ! C'est dire si nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©. Dans un immeuble bien tenu bien que pas tout jeune, l'appartement a Ă©tĂ© bien rĂ©novĂ©. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien agencĂ©. L'Ă©lectromĂ©nager simplifie la vie de famille (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge). Le stationnement n'est pas un problĂšme contrairement Ă  d'autres endroits des alentours. Il y a une belle vue sur la forĂȘt de pins en face oĂč l'on peut faire courir les enfants. Il y a parfois une petite ambiance musicale du camping, mais pas nuisible. Nous apprĂ©cions d'accĂ©der Ă  pied au centre ville d'Arcachon et sa plage. Pour les autres plages, il faut un moyen de transport. Nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© les vĂ©los disponibles sur place, mais il y en a. L'accueil, aussi bien de la propriĂ©taire que de la personne qui est sur place que nous remercions, est trĂšs sympathique avec une petite attention Ă  notre arrivĂ©e bien apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Bref, il y a de fortes chances que nous revenions... si tout le monde ne prend pas d'assaut ce bel appartement.

Summer stay with the family

This is a lovely apartment set back from the bustle of a charming seaside resort. Three bedrooms and one and half baths make this an ideally priced option for a family of four or five. The range kitchen is spacious and well appointed, equipped with an induction oven that boils a full pasta pot of water in under five minutes. Three bikes in the basement allow you to explore Arcachon and its surroundings easily and keep everyone fit. Be sure to take advantage of the ubiquitous bike paths that lead to the center of town, secluded beaches along the Bassin D'Arcachon, and all the way to the spectacular Dune de Pilat- well worth a day trip by bike. The owner Sophie was very accommodating, ensuring internet access at short notice. All in all a great stay, providing lasting memories of a super vacation.
