Situation idéale et très bon accueil

Dans cette longère cohabitent 4 locations (étudiantes l’année, touristiques l’été), 2 au rez-de-chaussée, 2 à l’étage, 3 avec leur terrasses indépendantes. Couple avec un enfant, nous avons profité des 60m2 de l’appartement au RDC, avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un salon cuisine, et terrasse privative. Sans être le grand luxe, le logement est propre et très fonctionnel, bien équipé, dont un lave-linge dans un buanderie commune. Le logement et l’environnement sont très calmes, on profite d’un jardin commun de 600 m2, de places extérieures pour se garer. À 10 minutes à pieds (700 m) se trouve un Super U avec station service. La situation est idéale pour rayonner autour d’Arradon et visiter le Morbihan. L’accueil de Benoit est très chaleureux. (Un conseil : les photos des logements et du jardin mériteraient d’être mises à jour).

Appartement pratique et agréable

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Dans un endroit calme avec terrasse et jardin pour profiter de l'extérieur avec également assez d'espace à l'intérieur. L'emplacement est très pratique très proche du super marché et le centre du bourg est facilement accessible. L'hôte est très accueillant. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.
