LA P'TITE VANNETAISE - Petite maison au bord de l'eau à Conleau avec vélos !
Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Vannes, situated less than one kilometre from Conleau beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine …
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 60 m² garden, with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days: table, parasol, sun loungers…
The owners provide two hybrid bikes for your use, so you can explore the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau Peninsula, which boasts a small, family-friendly and very pleasant beach.
Transport:
- If you choose to come by car, there is free on-street parking in the surrounding area.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 1.6 km away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes away; Lorient Lann Bihoué, 50 minutes away.

La P'tite Vannetaise Everything was as good as advertised - the bedrooms comfortable, quality linen, towels and all furnishings. The location was ideal with the port of Conleau close by. We walked into Vannes centre and back alongside the marina. There are restaurants within walking/cycling distance. A delicatessen and small supermarket with tabac very close by. There was plenty of information regarding the facilities and also the area. Very secure property. Bassem was our contact and he was very easy to negotiate a time to enter the property.

Pretty accommodation with modern furnishing
The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Even two bikes are in the garden shed.
Everything was tidy and almost in new condition.
The surrounding is calm, no big traffic on the street.
Next supermarket is available in 10 min foot walk, 5 min car driving.
The harbour of Vannes can be reached in 10-15 min bike ride or 35 to 40 min foot walk.
For me and my family (14 year old kid) it was perfect.
We were very lucky as the weather was always fine.
I really can recommend this house for your next holiday.

Very clean and odour free, including perfumed products. This is important to me as I have a lung condition which perfumes exacerbate. More storage in the kitchen would have been welcomed. Able to walk into Vannes and also to the water.

La P'tite Vannetaise Die sehr schöne Unterkunft ist in einem ruhigen Quartier und doch sehr nahe zur Stadt gelegen. Die Räume sind grosszügig, hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet - wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der schöne Vorgarten lädt zum Verweilen ein, war auch für die Kinder toll und auch die 2 Fahrräder, welche in super Zustand zur Verfügung stehen, sind äusserst wertvoll. Danke für dieses grosszügige Angebot! Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen, auch der persönliche Kontakt zur Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett und aufmerksam, danke dafür.

La P'tite Vannetaise Airbnb totalement conforme à la description. Très pratique et très fonctionnel. Il est bien. situé, entre le centre ville et la plage de Conleau. Conciergerie très ponctuelle et disponible. Logement à recommander.

🙂 Der Bungalow war super ausgestattet und schön gelegen.
Durch die Lage hinter einem Haus war es sehr ruhig.
Bei der Ausstattung wurde viel Liebe reingesteckt.
Zum Hafen kann man bequem zu Fuss gehen und auch die Altstadt ist nicht weit."

Accueil facilité par le code de la boîte à clés , logement très confortable et aucun bruit ( chose remarquable de nos jours ).
Tellement satisfait que nous venons de …lancer une 4ème réservation :)"

Seul bémol, l’odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain due à un problème dans la résidence. Un expert sera dépêché en juin selon le propriétaire mais nous aurions aimé être informés au préalable."

La P'tite Vannetaise "Maisonnette magnifiquement aménagée, tout le nécessaire à la cuisine c'est agréable (café, épices, huile, vinaigre, ustensiles...), endroit très calme, à l'écart du centre ville mais proche de la gare maritime et de Conleau. Un airbnb haut de gamme !
Pas beaucoup de flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ par contre, c'est dommage."
