It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.

The owners provide two hybrid bikes for your use, so you can explore the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau Peninsula, which boasts a small, family-friendly and very pleasant beach.

- Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 1.6 km away.
