MAGNIFICENT T1 SEA VIEW WITH PARKING FACING THE ENGLISH PROMENADE
Well-equipped, sunny, sea-view T1 flat on a high floor, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach.
Very spacious and bright (through terrace, kitchen and main room), this 36 m² flat with high ceilings is on the 3rd and top floor with lift in a charming little building facing the Promenade des Anglais.
Reversible air conditioning for heating and cooling (a duvet and two pillows are provided).
The kitchen is separate from the main room and is equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired on site for €20 if you do not wish to bring your own, as well as end-of-stay cleaning for €30 if you do not wish to do it yourself.
The outside car park (private and secure) can be hired for €4/day.
Arrival time is to be arranged with the owner, who only welcomes guests between 5.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. On weekends not after 7.00 pm (possibility of leaving the keys at the small Casino VIVAL for a payment of 10€).
A supermarket and many small shops are just 2 minutes' walk from the flat.
This one is located after the botanical garden and tram stop FERBER at feet of the residence.
