PGA Village/Castle Pines Best Location Pet Friendly.

This 2BR/2.5BA golf villa shows like a model, with tropical decor. It is a fully furnished,1st floor corner unit that is located within the exclusive gated Castle Pines section of the PGA Village.(This is the newest PGA Village development with use of the luxury pool, not Golf Villa I or Golf Villa II which does not.) The villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. It has a private screened in patio with easy access to a meticulously well maintained backyard lawn area that is well shaded by trees. In addition the master bathroom was recently redone with Italian marble tiles.

Look around if you must, but you will not find a nicer unit within the exclusive Castle Pines section of the PGA Village with these added perks at the prices listed below. The villa is deeply discounted and is often less expensive then older and less desirable units.

This is a great place to just get away from it all and relax. My Florida vacation getaway is extremely clean, and well maintained. I believe it to be one of the most top notch units within the PGA Village.

No recreational vehicles commercial vehciles or motorcycles are allowed in the community

I had to travel to PSL for work, had the family tag along to be close to the beach. Condo was in a great location with a pool about 30-35 min from the coast!

EXCELLENT!!!! Our new home was pushed to a further move in date and we needed a place to stay until it will be ready. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be recommending this place to our family and friends who will visit us in the future. Golf Vacay at PGA Village

We had a great stay at PGA Village/Castle Pines. The property owner made our stay very easy. We were sent a detailed guide and map of the community prior to our stay. He also followed up with us to make sure we arrived and if we had any trouble or questions. The check in/out process was very easy to follow. The owner was also kind enough to suggest a place to eat. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. Easy to get in and out of and centrally located to shopping and restaurants.

Neighborhood was wonderful! Great for golf and biking. Pool and hot tub area great! Size of condo very comfortable. Furniture could be upgraded. Kitchen utensils and silverware need replenishing. Screened porch very enjoyable!

The place could of been cleaner

The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The towels looked about 20 years old and were stained with paint and bleach. There was no soap for the dishwasher.

Good place for a long stay with our dog. Comfortable beds, plenty of rooms. This place has provided some basic need and we went shopping for extra household items from near by stores. Convenient locations from shopping area, major highway and restaurants. Nice facility pool on site but the gym is located on another site which need to drive there. Nice shade little backyard great for our dog. Chris was a great host and quick respond. Cons: Some noises came from the neighbor upstairs on daily basis (heavy foot on the floor, slammed toilet seat, etc.)
