2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 and 150x195cm.
1 baby room with bed 60x120.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso, microwave, water kettle etc.
2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, washbasin (bidet in the bathroom.)
Towels and bed linen made available.
roof terrace just above the apartment with washing machine, mountain views and university hospital from one side and a view of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the other. You will be quiet to enjoy the weather in Tenerife
The great Terisitas las beach or you can swim all year is a 15 min drive. Santa Cruz and La Laguna a 10 min drive. tram stop 5 min walk which takes you down to Santa Cruz in 10 minutes or in La Laguna

Hauteur de Santa Cruz

L'appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de Santa Cruz, le point de repère est l'hôpital, en voiture proche de l'autoroute l'accès est facile vers la mer où dans les hauteurs naturelles de l'île. L'hôte parle parfaitement français, il y a des livres d'ailleurs en français sur les Canaries. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Un accueil chaleureux et de nombreuses petites attentions pour débuter notre séjour : de quoi concocter un repas et un petit déjeuner alors que nous arrivions à Tenerife. Merci ! L'appartement est très confortable, très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description. Beaucoup de recherche dans la décoration rendant ce logement peu banal.
