This one bedroom loft apartment with full kitchen and laundry has everything you need for an extended stay! Located on one of the best streets in Old Town you are just three blocks from the Harbor….home to the freshest seafood restaurants and best happy hours on the island…or walk to Duval street to experience the local music scene, bar hopping, restaurants and shopping…take in the famous Mallory Square sunset celebration…go fishing, snorkeling, jet skiing or relax on the beach. Several pools within walking distance. Located in a privately owned historic home. No need for a vehicle.
Lofted bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. 40" cable TV in the living room and WiFi throughout. Laundry is located outside the unit. Table and chairs for relaxing outside on the balcony.
Close to everything, yet quaint and quiet, you'll love your stay! We have 2 other units in our home, another one bedroom 1411765 and a 2 bedroom unit 1420448.

Excellent location and well furnished

I think an explanation of the term "sleeps four" should be noted that they are either two compatible couples or a family of four. Privacy would be an issue in other cases.

Excellent month away from the cold

The owner was quick and helpful with any questions. The property was exactly as described. Great location, near all Key West has to offer. First time every staying for a month and have no issues doing it again. If you plan to work remotely, you may need a hot spot as we had issues staying connected with the Wi-Fi provided.

Home Away From Home

Perfect place for folks who want to feel like a local in KW. Rent a bike and skip the car. You won't need it. I felt safe and cared for by the owner and his people plus the neighboring apartment dwellers were lovely people as well. Hope I can return next year!

Loved our Stay

Had a great Month Stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed. A great kitchen with all the cookware we needed. A clean and comfy setup with a very comfortable bed. We had a little problem with the wifi that the owner quickly helped us to figure out how to change the settings to make it work for us. The location was quiet and convenient. Would stay again in a flash.
