This beautiful pet-friendly vacation rental boasts three floors, multiple balconies, and over 3,000 square feet, making it a true paradise retreat. With five bedrooms and four and a half baths, this happy hideaway can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, and 2 furry friends. In need of a large space for a family reunion, friends’ getaway, or business trip? This could be the perfect place for you!

The first floor provides sleeping space for a number of guests. One of the two master suites is located on this level, featuring a king-size bed and luxury bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Also on this floor, find one of the charming guest bedrooms complete with two double beds and access to a full bath.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the coastal-inspired living and dining rooms. The open living space is furnished with a comfortable seating and entertainment ensemble that portray a rustic elegance. With direct access to open balconies from this floor, it is easy to enjoy both outside and inside this spectacular home. The spacious kitchen and dining areas offer ample seating and up-to-date appliances.

On the third floor, the second master bedroom includes a king-size bed, luxurious en-suite bath, and private balcony with Gulf views. An additional guest bedroom on this level features a double bed, en-suite bath, and balcony. The fun does not stop there, as the rooftop tower room includes a double/double bunk with double trundles that is perfect for the kids.

This beach getaway, situated in a secluded enclave, offers both privacy and easy access to great amenities to enhance your vacation. Guests are a short stroll away from swimming pools and a bubbling hot tub at the neighboring Crescent Condominiums, which also provides access to the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast. Besides pool hopping and taking a saltwater dip, guests will also enjoy close proximity to seafood restaurants, beach bars, golf and tennis, bargain shopping, and seasonal events and activities. The possibilities to make fantastic vacation memories are endless!

First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, Bedroom with Two Double Beds and Walk-In Shower.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Powder Room, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Double Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.

Fourth Floor: Bunk Room with Double/Double Bunk + Double Trundle and Balcony Access.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.

Great vacation! Great house!!

Everything about this property was great! Kitchen VERY well stocked! Beds were very comfortable!! The outdoor furniture and some of the doors could use attention… but that is to be expected with the sheer number of people that must rent in a year.

It was pretty accurate with the pictures. We had a few hiccups during our stay but all issues were addressed quickly and fixed. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

Good house close to beach

Nice house. House is as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms /bathrooms and room for our family of 6 to spread out. They provided a lot of bath towels. Easy check in and out. Use of pool/hot tub at condo next door is a plus. Easy access to beach thru condo. Good location. I would recommend this house.

We loved the location and the affiliation with the Crescent, but we were overall disappointed in the property. There was a mustiness about the property and during rainstorms there were leaks. The overall condition of the house just didn't seem to be up to par with what one would expect.

Family Vacay

The location was great and the use of the crescent condos with use of the pool and beach was the best part of our stay. The home is in dire need of maintenance not shown in the pictures. The railing in the stairs to the second floor was completely off of the rail as well as the rail on the second floor balcony. My husband leaned against it and could have fallen. The home could be really beautiful if it was given better care.

The location was perfect, a three minute walk to the beach.

The property was poorly maintained. The floors were very dirty upon arrival. I had to mop them. I did reach out the the property management company who promptly sent a cleaning crew out but they were no cleaner once they were finished. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Baseboards were filthy, toilets were dirty, beds had sand in them (before we went to the beach) The location is perfect.

Wonderful

We had 15 people ranging from ages 2-70; Two with knee injuries and one with recent foot surgery. This house was great! Its beautiful, clean, and pest free. There are 2 bedrooms on first floor so that was for our injured and little one. The second floor was the living area and kitchen so there was one slight of stairs for them to climb to kitchen. The third floor had two bedrooms and the fourth floor had bunk beds with trundle that slept 6. All bedrooms had a bathroom except the fourth floor bunks. There was a shower outside to wash off after the beach. Short walk to the beach, communication with property was wonderful, check-in and check out were simple, easy and fast. The only suggestion that I have is that if you have light sleepers, they need earpluggs. Floors are very thin and are laminate wood and tile so the noise can be loud, but we managed with mostly teenagers playing games on the second floor several late nights whit ear plugs. Also, just be aware that the porch isn't covered all the way around and if you leave anything out over night and it rains, your stuff will get wet. I hope that we can visit again next summer.

Florida Retreat

Sunny Daze is a beautiful house with plenty of room, amenities, and linens to accommodate a huge group. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. My kids love the shower in the top master bath, very modern and spacious. The house is located in a nice area with waking distance to the outlet shops for retail therapy. There’s also a Winn-Dixie within 2 minutes for all your groceries needs. There is a short walk to the beach and pools, but nothing to strenuous. The beach is clean with water so blue and clear. We had 4 great beach days with sunny or overcast weather. The ocean was closed on the last day because of jellyfishes, but were able to enjoy the sand and pools. We can’t wait to return.

Great place for a Large family.!

The property was overall a great place. Easy access to the beach and the pool through The Crescent. Enough space for a large group. The bedrooms were spaced out where you could enjoy a quite evening to yourselves. The bathrooms were exceptional. The large showers were nice as well. All the beds were clean and comfy. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus. Each bed had towels so that made it nice, just not enough wash cloths. I would say it was overall a great place to stay.

Fabulous!!!

Loved staying here. So easy to get to beach and so close!! The only thing we thought the kitchen could use a little more utensils/knives, etc. and could have used a broom, and an extra trash can for outside.

Plenty of room

The property was clean and has a lot of room. It was nice to have access to the pool at The Crescent. The only issue was a leak in the ceiling above the table. It took a couple days to get it fixed, but it was fixed. Ceiling needs to be fixed where there has been issues with the leak.

Huge beautiful house with older beds

My very large family stayed at this beautiful house. We loved the location and how much room there was for us. The only complaints we have are the king beds were old and you could here the movement from another room. The kids woke up because of the old beds creaking. The other complaint is there were a lot of roaches on the second and third floor. In the south, I expect to see them outside and maybe one inside, but we found about 6 at different times and places during the evening and morning- very gross. Again, the rooms are big and beautiful and the house is nice for a large group. Please get someone in there to kill the roaches. Thanks!
