Amazing, bright 5th floor apartment with lift and intercom, 26m2 with terrace of 11 m2 for 4 people (separate room with 2 beds 90x200 and a sofa bed 140 in room with new bedding Bultex). Enjoy a new kitchen fully equipped and modern in 2016, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a comfortable living room with TV FHD 82 cm.

The residence is located in a quiet area on the left bank, you have a secure parking space.

Pool: open from mid-June to mid-September

Kitchen: remodeled in 2016 with ceramic hob 2 burners, fridge-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils
