family friendly single story on ground floor. parking immediately adjacent. newly redecorated. Steps from town, restaurant row and free shuttle at the end of the driveway. Unit has cal king and twin (sleeps 3) in master suite, queen in guest bdrm (sleeps 2) and queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2). Kitchen is very well appointed. Grounds have Wonderful large pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis courts, game room, laundry service(shared). Be aware you are booking in a mountain community. we cannot control weather, road conditions, fires / smoke and do not give refunds for any of the above.town of Mammoth Lakes TOML-CPAN-10516

Great couple days in Mammoth

We enjoyed the condo we stayed at, it was close to the market and red line bus. Easy to find the location and it had all the expected amenities. Would stay here again and the host always answered any questions I had. ;

This place was clean, it has been remodeled, a bit, the process of checking in was easy and keyless! The shuttle was right around the corner, The property manager Monique butts she was awesome I had ask that we were needing to possibly 3 car parking and she assured us it would not be a problem and communicated right away! I would definitely stay here again

Exactly what we needed

Simple, straightforward. We needed help with the pellet stove and Allan quickly answered our questions and walked us through the process. Didn’t have overcomplicated check-in or check-out processes, which is always a relief. Would recommend and will return!

"Warm, cozy, functional and CLEAN!". Place is near to most needed places like Vons, gas, shops, restaurants and most. My family felt home and comfortable and I will definitely book here again.

Felt like a friend's home. Very warm, clean, comfortable. Only issue was the master bathroom shower had very little water pressure so when the kids mentioned they didn't have any issues, we just used their shower. Great location. Prefer the first floor and combo key lock so kids could board longer and we didn't have to worry about being home to let them in.. we enjoyed the spa and sauna. Forgot to check out the rec room as we were all tired so just relaxed at our home away from home.

Updated but lacking kitchen items

This condo was fine. Not a lot of kitchen tools so bring some of your own stuff (one cutting board, limited utensils, etc). Plates and glasses are on an open shelf that was covered in dust so we had to clean it all before using. Nice coffee bar area but also covered in dust. Lots of nice TVs here!

Nice & cozy place, convenient location

Super close to Mammoth Mountain ski lifts, Vons (supermarket), the village, etc. There was good communication with property manager, making the check in/check out process very easy. She was also very accommodating for our needs. Perfect for a couple nights stay in Mammoth!
