- bedroom 4: first floor, double bed 160, air conditioned. The first floor is completely dedicated to parents (office space, shower room, bathroom, dressing room, separate WC).

Very functional and fully equipped US kitchen (American fridge, Kitchenaid robot, Nespresso, etc.). The kitchen opens onto the dining terrace through a sliding picture window.

Attached utility room (cellar) + cellar. Laundry room (washing machine + dryer).

Very large exotic garden (2600 m2) and landscaped, planted with palm trees, olive trees, black and golden bamboo, and many other Mediterranean species (lavender, rosemary, laurel ...), fully enclosed.

In the middle of the garden flows a river. The latter is therefore completely private to you, just like its 2 banks, on this portion. Animals are welcome there.

NO OPPOSITE, neither in the villa, nor in the garden.

Magnificent modern swimming pool in slate, overflowing over a whole length and a whole width, of 12 m X 4 m, doubly secure (alarm + barrier), with large beaches in massive slate, deckchairs, pouffes of relaxation, lounge area.

The pool area, facing south, takes advantage of the sun throughout the day.
You also get a JACUZZI (4/5 places) on the solarium, with rest area (sunbathing).

Private bowling alley 4 X 12 m, with bar-style wooden bar area.

Garden furniture on each of the 4 terraces, cozy dining area under the pergola, with large teak table and chairs, Weber BBQ & plancha available.

- the exclusive use of the property, its garden, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the boules court, for the duration of the stay

- the services of the house staff (cleaning lady 3 times / week + gardener + concierge service + pool maintenance)

- the provision of all household linen (towels / pool / beach, sheets, tablecloths, tea towels ....), beds made on arrival and changed 2 times per stay

- the provision of games and toys for children / teenagers (table tennis table, swings with swings and slide, badminton, video consoles, board games ...). A separate space in the garden is specifically dedicated to them.

- the provision of the home cinema installation (overhead projector with electric screen), WIFI and all the equipment mentioned

- the provision of baby equipment (high chair, cot, stroller, car seat...)

- the provision of a car (Renault Scénic) as well as bicycles (adults / children). This can be interesting especially if you decide to come by train or plane.

- final cleaning

You can therefore do without your vehicle on site (or avoid renting one) if you arrive by train or plane (Toulon train station and airport 20 minutes away).

In the immediate vicinity (accessible on foot or by bike): all shops and amenities, restaurants, bars and cafes, Provencal market, hiking trails ....

In the heart of authentic Provence, close to the sea (less than 20 minutes), you can discover both the beaches and islands of the region (Hyères, Porquerolles, Port-Cros ....), but also the back - Var country. The Cuers bars and hiking trails are accessible by mountain bike and on foot from the villa. Wifi access with broadband ADSL.

You are less than 50 minutes from St Tropez, Cannes, Aix-en-Provence, and the Gorges du Verdon.
