Holidays in a vineyard close to the sea (25 minutes walk). Large house for a maximum of 10 people (8 adults max). Large pool. 360 degree views of vineyards and mountains. Large garden with its own vineyard, fruit trees and palm trees. Absolutely quiet even in high season and yet only minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur. Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Great conservatory. Fully furnished for a relaxing family holiday with friends. Satellite TV.

Es hat alles gepasst

Wir haben im Sommer unseren Familienurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus war mit allem was wir brauchen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist einfach fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Jederzeit hat der Vermieter schnell geantwortet und hat zwischendurch auch vor Ort bei uns nach dem Rechten geschaut. Die ganze Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Dadurch hat sich unsere Vorfreude auf den Urlaub noch einmal gesteigert. Der Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Verschiedene Strände sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Tagesausflüge eignet sich das Haus sehr. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette très belle location perdues au milieu des vignes comme nous le souhaitions. Pour autant, le Pradet est à 5mn en voiture, la plage à 20mn en vélo (30-35 mn au retour, ça grimpe!) ou 35mn à pied. Sinon, grande plage de l'Almanarre à 30mn en voiture, ou encore Porquerolles bien sur! Nous avons pu installer tous les grands enfants dans l'annexe. Les 4 chambres sont très belles, et il y a une très spacieuse 5e chambre dans les combles. Nous n'avons ainsi pas manqué d'espace, c'est très agréable. La piscine est très belle et grande, et le billard qui a été très apprécié! Et enfin, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très arrangeants!

Toller Urlaub in Südfrankreich

3 Männer und 7 Kinder haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in Südfrankreich verbracht. Die Kinder haben die Freiheit der Villa genossen...eigener Pool, Billard Tisch und jede Menge Platz zum spielen. Die Erwachsenen konnten ebenfalls die Privatsphäre geniessen. Die Entscheidung die Villa zu mieten anstelle der Camping Plätzen mit Bungalows in Hyeres, hat sich mehr als nur ausbezahlt. Wir würden das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Un coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine en famille 10 adultes et 4enfants, grâce à la dépendance il y avait de l'espace pour chacun. La villa est très bien équipée la cuisine, l'espace de détente, jeux et wi-fi. La piscine est propre et la villa est très bien entretenue, le charme du figuier et l'ombrage naturel de celui-ci nous a permis de passer des repas agréables et la véranda le matin des petit-déjeuners tout en douceur. La villa est entourée de vignes, il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables dans un cadre serein, sécuritaire et apaisant. En terme d'activités, nous avons pratiqué le cheval et poney pour les plus petits, la visites de la Mines et les plages de proximités. Pour les plus sportifs et matinaux, la marche ou vélo (à disposition) et pour les amateurs de vins des dégustations au clos Cibonne cru classé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et à l'écoute. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable.

Des vacances de rêve!

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique propriété. La maison est vraiment très spacieuse, les lits sont grands et confortables et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour un grand nombre de convives. La terrasse à l'ombre du vieux figuier est très agréable ainsi que l'immense véranda où se réfugier les jours de mistral. Sans parler de la grande piscine très propre, de la table de ping-pong et du billiard... La maison est située à quelques minutes en voiture du centre du village, sur le"chemin des vignes", une voie sans issue qui lui garantit un calme absolu. À proximité immédiate, plusieurs domaines viticoles aux crus réputés et une colline pour la randonnée ou le VTT avec des vues extraordinaires sur la baie de Toulon, la presqu'île de Giens et les îles. Il y a des plages pour tous les goûts, des plus familiales aux plus retirées à la beauté encore sauvage et même quelques criques naturistes. Deux semaines de vacances, c'est vraiment trop court...

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zw. 6 und 13 Jahren) haben einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich großzügig (wir hätten leicht noch weitere 4 Personen mitnehmen können), die Betten sind bequem und groß und auch in der Küche fehlt es an rein gar nichts. Teller, Besteck etc. alles ist ausreichend vorhanden, selbst für eine große Anzahl an Personen. Wunderschön ist natürlich die durch den Feigenbaum sehr schattige Terasse sowie an windigen Tagen der riesige Wintergarten. Auch der super saubere Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und der Billiardtisch sind natürlich toll gewesen. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Autominuten außerhalb der Ortsmitte von Le Pradet an der "Weinstraße". Es befinden sich 3 Weingüter in unmittelbarer Nähe, die hervorragenden Wein anbieten. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und liegt sehr schön ruhig. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine ca. 200 m lange Schotterstraße. Wir wären gerne noch eine Woche geblieben...aber irgendwann endet leider jeder Urlaub.

Oase im Weinberg

Wir (2 Familien mit 7 Kindern zwischen 3 und 15 Jahren können uns den Mitbewertern nur anschließen, dieses Haus ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen und mit viel Geschmack außen und innen eingerichtet. Wir haben uns nur wohlgefühlt und auch die Tipps des freundlichen französischen Nachbarns waren seh hifreich. Also 100% empfehlenswertes Domizil.

Erholung pur! Viel schöner als auf den Photos! :-)

Wenn man einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur haben möchte, ist dies das perfekte Haus! Besonders schön ist der Aussenbereich mit der Terasse am Pool und den Essensplätzen unter dem schattigen Feigenbaum. Hier kann man wunderbar Frühstücken und Abends den Grill anschmeissen. Das Haus ist kein Neubau, hier und da klemmt eine Tür, aber dafür ist es genau so wie man sich ein Haus am Weinberg in Frankreich romantisch vorstellt! Ein Auto ist notwendig, aber zum Meer kommt man auch mit einem gemütlichen Spaziergang. Schön ist dass der Strand (für die Gegend ungewöhnlich) sandig ist, das Wasser ist klar und weich. In dem Ort Le Pradet ist besonders die Chocolaterie zu empfehlen, hier gibt es die leckersten Törtchen! Im Lidl gibt es den Champagner für 10Eur. Hier kann man es sich wirklich gut gehen lassen! :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Am Ende fühlt man sich schon so heimisch, dass man gar nicht mehr gehen möchte...

Herrlich gelegen - ruhig und gut ausgestattet

Wirklich wunderschön - etwas abseits - in den Weinbergen gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet, schöner Pool, toll auch für kleine Wanderungen und Spaziergänge rund um das Cap Garonne, Alles da für Kinder: Pool, Tischtennis, Fahrräder, gute Dokumentation im Haus und es wird sich wirklich gut um das Haus gekümmert, dank auch sehr gesprächsfreudiger Nachbarn.
