The Villa Cantarel is a cozy family house/villa located at 1 min walk above the Renecros bay in Bandol. This is a unique location which also provide access to Bandol center town in a 10 minutes walk, across the nicest neighbourhood of this coastal town.
Located on a land of 650 m2, the 140 m2 villa has 3 double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with 4 beds for a maximum sleeping capacity of 12 people, however it would be rented for a maximum of 6 adults, and there will be an extra charge over 10 persons. Rooms have air conditioning. A parking space is available in front of the house for 1 car.
The dinner/living room is 65 m2 with Digital TV, Bluray, HIFI Stereo, WIFI (Freebox) and fibre internet.
There are 1 en-suite bathrooms, 2 shower rooms and 3 WC (1 exterior), a fully equipped kitchen with 1 American fridge, 1 parking space, 1 table tennis table.
Linen can be provided on request with an additional charge.
Summer rentals should have a minimum of 2 weeks although smaller stays down to 10 days might be considered.

Maison pour vacances familiales

Maison spacieuse et très bien située (2 min à pied de la plage et 8 min à pied du port). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et l'agence en charge de l'arrivée/départ. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Terrasse ombragée bien agréable. Cette maison avec beaucoup de charme nécessiterait cependant un peu de rafraîchissement.

Vacances à Bandol

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est idéalement placée, proche de la mer et du centre ville. On laisse la voiture et tout peut se faire à pied. La maison dispose de tout le confort fonctionnel. Il y a de nombreuses chambres, idéales, pour plusieurs familles. Seul bémol la plupart des pièces sont en enfilades. Mais en passant par la terrasse, on trouve la solution! Parfaite pour les vacances.

Très agréable maison

Vaste "maison de famille" très bien placée, car tout peut se faire sans voiture : plage, marché, courses, déambulation sur le port et vers les animations. Le plan, surprenant au début, ne pose pas de problème car toutes les pièces (sauf une communicante) sont accessibles par les terrasses. Beau salon, belle cuisine fonctionnelle. Une grande salle de bains + douche, et 2 autres salles de douche. Une petite remarque quand même : certaines fenêtres et les moustiquaires fonctionnent mal et la maison gagnerait beaucoup si elles étaient changées pour du double vitrage puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Au total : maison très agréable avec beaucoup d'atouts.

Agréable séjour dans une jolie maison d'été

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Le jardin est très joli, la terrasse est grande, ombragée et très agréable, la cuisine très bien équipée... Le chemin pour aller d'une chambre à l'autre est un peu labyrinthique mais ce n'est pas vraiment gênant grâce aux portes fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur. Une jolie plage (très peuplée) est à moins de 200m et les commerces sont à 5 min à pied. Il y a des possibilités de belles balades, notamment le long du littoral. Seul point noir: la moquette blanche du salon qui explique la note de 4/5. Avec de jeunes enfants, il est très compliqué de faire respecter les contraintes imposées. Par prudence nous avons condamné la pièce, ce qui est dommage vu qu'il s'agit d'une pièce importante de la maison et que nous aurions voulu en profiter un peu plus. Cette moquette nous a paru tout à fait incongrue pour une location balnéaire.

Idéale pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé à 10 (4 adultes et 6 enfants) d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison de vacances, très bon rapport qualité prix avec toutefois quelques points négatifs : (chambres et salles de bain en enfilade, pas de barbecue, 2 places de parking extérieures et très étroites (un monospace et un break passent tout juste). Ces petits bémols sont compensés par de nombreux points positifs notamment : maison calme et très bien située (à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes des 1er commerces), salon et terrasse très agréables, jardin ombragé, cuisine très bien équipée.

What makes this property unique

Don't miss out the 'marche' (market) in front of the church at 10 minutes walking distance through the town. On the way you will meet the Frangipane bakery with its deliciously creamy 'tropeziennes', or have a coffee chez Toche,or watch the pointus (woden boats) or the modern yatchs.
But the most important aspect of the villa is that you will be at a 1mn walking distance from the Renecros bay, which is a unique trait allowing you to profit from the beach at anytime of the day, whether you are an early morning swimmer or looking to spend some sandy time on the Mediterranean sea with your family.
