Welcome to 16A Houston St in Dewey Beach! This beautifully maintained, sun-filled, one-level condo is perfectly located on the ocean block in the heart of Dewey, just steps from the beach. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bath, offering comfort and privacy, while the open-concept living and dining areas provide a bright, welcoming space for gathering, entertaining, or unwinding after a day on the sand. Step onto the screened-in porch to savor morning coffee or evening cocktails with soft ocean breezes in the background. You'll be within easy walking distance of Dewey's best restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet still have a peaceful retreat to come home to. The condo includes private parking for two cars and modern conveniences such as central AC, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower to make beach days effortless. Summer rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Linens are not supplied but are available through a rental program. No pets or smoking permitted.

Thanksgiving get away!

Our family had a great time. We had plenty of room for all. Thanksgiving is a special time for our family and being together in this lovely condo made it even more memorable. Hope to stay there again soon!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Wonderful place to relax & enjoy the beach. Just steps from the ocean & several restaurants. Decorated beautifully, very clean & stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Very spacious! The screened in porch is a great place to enjoy the evenings too.

Awesome Place to stay

We were very Impressed with this property. Plenty of room and privacy for the family . Very short walk to the beach. We normally stay one block over on Clayton street every year. After staying on Huston ave. property We will definitely book this property for the coming years, being the proximity and that the property is all one level

The best of Dewey

Our extended family had a wonderful week. The property is much for spacious than it appears in photos. Very comfortable for our family of 9. Just a quick walk to beach and town make it the perfect location. I would recommend to anyone.

Great beach week

This property is perfectly located for a perfect beach week. We found the condo roomy and had most everything we desired. The kitchen was fairly well appointed and had a good layout. The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived but the rental agent addressed it immediately, and we were settled in a clean space not more than 90 minutes later.

Wonderful Dewey Rental

This condo is in the perfect location. It is much larger than the pictures show. It slept 8 very comfortably. Everything was in working order and clean. We would recommend to friends and be happy to stay again. Thank you!

Can't beat the location!

We had the best spring break at the beach. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and mini golf and of course to the beach. We had actual summer weather and took full advantage. We had a group of 9 and it was spacious and comfortable for all. While it was overall clean, the cabinets had a lot of old food/products that should be thrown out and there were lots of crumbs and dust in the cabinets (both kitchen and bathrooms).

Beautiful Condo

We stayed the last week of summer, August 20-27, so there were some issues with wear and tear in the condo and some missing kitchen items and some wear and tear on kitchen items like frying pans, but nothing major. Houston street was very nice, not busy like some other streets and easy access to the beach. It was nice not to have to go to an office to check-in, but rather get a code for door access. I did have to call to check on whether some items were in the condo (i.e. coffee maker, blender) so it would have been nice if these items were listed in the advertisement. The information did say that there was community tennis courts, but the nearest courts were a few miles away at an elementary school. Overall, a great place for a family of 4 and their significant others to stay and spread out!

Would rent again!

There were broken things when we arrived (king bed, screen door, lamp) and the bathroom doors wouldn't latch and kitchen was new from pictures. Immediately the doors were fixed. The other things we worked through and the usual for rentals. My big complaint... get rid of 3 lounge chairs and picnic table and put in comfortable settee patio furniture! This would make this perfect.

Excellent location

My husband and 3 yo accompanied me on a short 4 night/3 day stay. The proximity to the beach was awesome. The local fooderies were amazing, too. We didn’t know it becomes an off the leash dog beach after 530, but adjusted after the first day. The place was very clean, exactly as described and even seemed bigger than the photos. The screened in porch with the picnic table was a huge bonus. Can’t wait to make it to Dewey again and would stay here again. Thank you!

Great condo & location

This condo itself was in a great location for a family in Dewey Beach & just a 2 min walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants etc but not directly in the most crowded area. Large & open, screened in porch was great. It was very clean when we got there. The floor in the kitchen still isn’t fixed like other reviews said but it didn’t cause any issues. WiFi worked great & so did the AC. Only issue is the parking lot was completely flooded from rain and was pretty deep! And apparently you aren’t able to park on the street (sign was missing) & RE/MAX who you rent through said it isn’t their problem but the HOA. I would definitely stay in this location & in this complex again but I won’t rent through this company as they take no responsibility for issues with the rental such as the flooded parking lot. Part of me renting this condo was for 2 parking spots & with street parking not free I’m not sure why I was told by RE/MAX that it’s my issue that I didn’t want to park my car in deep water

Perfect location

The property was in a great location, five minute walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and the layout was great for our family. It was quiet and also simultaneously close to everything! The porch was really great and very large. Great to have morning coffee and listen to the quiet. The only improvements I would say would be have a little more effort on cleaning (master shower in particular) and perhaps some cosmetic updates, but the house was so well appointed and really just excellent for our vacation.

Looked better in the pictures

This property was nice enough... with that being said there were quite a few things that needed to be included or fixed. The major thing was the floor in front of the dishwasher and sink was boggy and felt like my foot would go through it at anytime. There obviously was some kind of water leak that wasn’t fixed. The outside shower has very weak water pressure and there was no outdoor hose to rinse off your feet or beach chairs. We never heard anything from the property manager except an email that had an access code. The toilet in the hall bathroom was not secure to the floor and wobbled every time someone sat on it. Almost all of the remotes for the TVs didn’t work and the batteries needed to be replaced. Mostly all of the pots and pans in the kitchen were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to accommodate a family of 10. The location is great, only 3 houses from the beach and a short walk to all of the Dewey attractions and a short drive to downtown Rehoboth. But for the Hefty price tag for the week we would expect the house to be in better condition.

Nice space near beach and Dewey hotspots; needs some TLC!

This was a nice property with lots of space. It is close to the ocean and an easy walk to Dewey nightlife, ice cream and restaurants. The beach was not too crowded during a very nice last July week. It had not been vacuumed under beds and couches and the kitchen floor was falling apart in two places. These defects did NOT negatively impact our time there.

Love it!

We absolutely loved this place! With the exception of a few soft spots in the kitchen floor, which will be fixed, the condo was perfect for us and we love that it is close to the beach. The check-in/check-out procedure was super easy and really simplified our arrival and departure. If we come back to Dewey Beach, we will definitely rent this property again and we would recommend it to anyone!
