Beach block cottage completely renovated with new cork flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and central heating and air conditioning. Off-street parking included!

This property features a chef-friendly kitchen, plenty of space to relax indoors and out, and an open plan kitchen / living room. Perfect for a cozy family getaway or a beach retreat with friends. Set away from the street, this quiet oasis is close to everything you love to do at the shore and in Dewey Beach. Dogs welcome with fee of $100 per animal, limit 2.

50 steps to the beach, short walk to local brewery and bakery. 1.5 miles to Rehoboth, 2 miles to Delaware State Beaches, 8 miles to Lewes, 11 Miles to Bethany.

We had a great time for the week we stayed. It was just a minutes walk to the beach and right around the corner were all the restaurants and shops. The place had been renovated nicely and made for easy cleanups after the kids. It is cozy, but it wasn’t a bad thing since we didn’t spend too much time there. Matt was quick to answer questions and provided all the information necessary to check in and out.

Small cottage, steps from the beach, for two!

The value of this cottage is that it's steps from the beach for a small group of people. In our case it was for two adults. Cottage is nicely updated with all the kitchen amenities. It's definitely small but has all you need for the beach, even washer and dryer. Could use more natural light but in general, it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Location, Location, Location!

Our 3rd time staying at the Plover Cottage and another outstanding vacation! The beach is a 3-minute walk and the cottage is updated, cozy, and very comfortable. Dewey Beach is very dog friendly and dogs are welcome on the beach until 9:30am and after 5:30pm in the summer. The cottage is very close to Dewey Beach restaurants -- try the Sunny side Up Grille on the next block for excellent, inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. Rehoboth is a short car ride away and less than 25 min walk.

Loved Plover Cottage

Plover Cottage is a tiny, but adorable place to spend a week in Dewey. The location is amazing! Our dogs were beyond happy to be on vacation with us, and made so many friends at the beach. Dewey is extremely dog friendly. We were on the beach in the mornings and evenings with our dogs. They loved it. The cottage has everything you need. The location of the cottage in Dewey is beyond. You can park your car and walk to everything the entire week if you wish. Our family of four plus our two dogs had an amazing week!!
