This is a private single level 2 bedroom 2 bath coastal style condo/villa in a gated community with a pool & spa, walking distance to beach, and walking and biking trails, (Bikes provided), across the street from 5 resort golf course and 5 Star hotel with restaurants and spa, with every amenity included. Boogie boards, surfboard, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a very comfortable upgraded setting!

5-star lux apartment

The apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked to please any gourmet cook. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Huge T.V. Easy walk to Salt Creek Beach. grocery stores and movie theater close by. Gas grill on private patio was a nice asset. Sunset beach views were spectacular. Restaurant recs by owner were very helpful and delicious. Owner of property greeted us at check in was really nice. Great location! Easy Uber ride to Laguna Beach and San Clemente. I can’t say enough good things about our 1-month stay.

Great Stay

My wife and I had an enjoyable one month stay at Jason’s lovely condo across the street from the Monarch Beach Resort. Jason made arranging our stay very easy and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. We definitely plan to return soon for even a longer stay.

Beautiful home!

This was a perfect getaway for my family and I. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our time spent there. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Our host was so friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be staying here again!!

Amazing Ocean views...

The manager/owner, Jason, was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to make our stay a great experience. The location of the condo is amazing...it even has an outdoor firepit on the patio that you can sit around and watch the sun set over the ocean. The condo is decorated beautifully and easy to access. I wish Jason well on all future endeavors!

Beautiful Setting

Loved the location and all the amenities the property offered; it was very well appointed. The outdoor patio was a plus and the view was great. Owner was kind enough to provide a pack n play for the 18 month old in our group. He was also super flexible to meet our children there, as we encountered delays arriving into Los Angeles. There were supermarkets, playgrounds, coffee bars, restaurants, close-by and very convenient. We did a lot of cooking at home due to severe food allergies of one of our party; kitchen was well equipped but could use an additional saucepan with a lid as well as a set of steak knives. We would definitely book again.
