About this property

Two Bedroom Apartment with Vaulted Ceilings

We are located 10 miles north of the busy downtown area, backing to the forest hillside. The large lot offers privacy and room, you can even bring your boat. Just a 3 minute drive (12 minute walk) to Totem Bight State Park and beach access. We are located 5 miles from Knudson Cove Marina and the public boat launch.

Our 2 bedroom apartment can accommodate a family or 4 fisherman comfortably. It is located on the second floor above the garage.

There is a well appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer and more.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy sitting out on your own deck watching the sunset or grilling on the gas BBQ.

There is a shared laundry room located downstairs just off the garage. Detergents are provided.

Our stay was wonderful and our host was very friendly. She was easily accessible through texts, gave clear and easy to follow directions, and the house was well stocked for our needs. The access to a washer/ dryer was great, but the dryer had a few minor quirks that took extra time. The tv did too, but it was not a big deal. All-in-all, it was extremely comfortable place and we’d absolutely love to stay again!!

Great Stay in Ketchikan!

We had a great stay in Ketchikan. The rental comfortably slept our group of three adults. The location was nice because it was far enough out of town that you don’t have to deal with all the cruise ship passengers, but close enough that it’s a quick drive into town for any tourist activities you may want to do. I would recommend this place and stay again for future trips to Ketchikan.

Relaxing out of town rental that feels like home away from home

This was our second time staying at this rental and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is out of town, but not too far that you can’t easily drive in for a meal or shopping. We enjoyed discovering new trails like Totem Bight and Rainbird. Settler’s Cove is also worth checking out. If you like chocolate then you must visit Forget Me Not chocolates in old town. Overall we had a nice time, came home feeling refreshed, and appreciated the excellent communication and accommodations by the owners.

Cute little apartment, friendly owners!

I stayed at this apartment with my husband and one year old, while we waited for our oldest daughter to have her baby. When we arrived the owner had a playpen and booster seat, as well as blankets available for our baby. It was great because it was just like home for our daughter, as this is what she sleeps in at home. She was very responsive to our needs and remained in contact with us through email and text the entire time we stayed. This was our first experience staying at a VRBO and was very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit! Thank you!
