Nestled right on the beach and just a few minutes' walk from historic Flagler Avenue, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo invites you to enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every room of your home away from home. The Oceanfront Retreat is a 6th floor end unit within the coveted Golden Arms, in the perfect location.

For your comfort and relaxation, enjoy our many updates including new floors, ceiling fans, AC, furniture, light fixtures, bedding and linens. Enjoy the family room's comfy 2-recliner leather sofa, new SmartTV with your favorite channels like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, games and spectacular views of the Atlantic with access to the spacious balcony.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (keurig, blender, crock pot, etc.) for you to prepare your meals as you would at home.

After a long day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves crashing and a favorite show on the flat screen tele. Relax in the comfy king bed or read a book in the oversized papasan chair and ottoman, and enjoy amenities of the ensuite master bath and seated vanity...a nice quiet nook. There is plenty of closet space (California-closet style) and storage, and the master also has access to the balcony.

The cozy guest bedroom has queen and twin beds, a separate hallway and bath. The comfy swivel chair allows you to watch the flat screen or the ocean view and catch spectacular sunrises. The wall length closet is also California-closet style for easy organization.

The Golden Arms property offers an onsite pool, shuffleboard, secured access to and from the beach, common area for entertaining, and permit parking for the safety of residents and guests.

Rent surfboards, bikes, scooters, fun cars and golf carts to tour the area. Head north towards the jetty, climb on the rocks or join in on the fishing. Continue north to the tip of the island at Smyrna Dunes Park and take in wildlife and views of the Ponce de Leon Inlet and Lighthouse.

Or head south towards Flagler Avenue and stop in at our favorite beachfront restaurants. Grab a burger at Breakers, or our personal favorite -- a hoagie at Toni and Joe’s, and catch live music. Enjoy shopping at surf shops and quaint boutiques on Flagler Avenue. Stop for a poke bowl, glass of wine, candy or ice cream at Treats on the Beach. Art festivals, wine walks and events keep Flagler Avenue a draw year-round.

On your way to Canal Street Historic District, notice the beautifully restored homes along the river. Spend a day there on a fishing excursion, boating with friends or paddle boarding towards the sandbar. Head towards Canal Street, and you will feel the small town charm combined with music festivals, food truck festivals and monthly events like Art Stroll and Gallery Walk. Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and nightlife that hold history and contemporary vibrance.

New Smyrna Beach is a short drive to Cape Canaveral or you can see launches from the beach! Birdwatching at Merritt Island or Disneyworld in Orlando is only one hour away. Airport options are Orlando (1 hour), Sanford (40 minutes) and Daytona (25 minutes).

Happy Place Getaway

This condo has the perfect view, lots of space to spread out and furnishings are very comfortable. The location is convenient to walk the beach and down the street to some of our favorite restaurants.

Million dollar views!

We loved our stay at this beach front condo. The views were so impressive and really made our beach stay special. The property is very secure and the beach is just outside the gated pool patio. We will be returning as soon as our schedule allows. The location is perfect too we were able to walk into town easily every night for dinner.

Best Beach Vacation

The condo was recently remodeled and super clean. The ac worked perfectly especially being right on the beach. The communication with mngt was fast and easy and we absolutely loved this placed. The grounds, pool and beach access was clean and secure. No other words to say but it was a perfect vaca!

Wonderful Stay

This property is meticulously maintain and generously stocked with everything you need for a marvelous time at the beach. The kitchen has every conceivable pan and gadget as well as nice glassware, china and plenty of silverware. The mattresses are comfy and the bedding is cozy. These owners have thought of everything. Can't speak highly enough about how much we enjoyed our time there!

We were so pleased with this property that we are planning to return and are recommending it to friends and family. It was super clean, neat, and well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. It was beautifully decorated, and the beds/pillows/linens were top of the line and very comfortable. The beachfront views from all rooms were amazing. The owners were helpful and friendly. The overall property was quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, and family friendly.

Fabulous Condo!

We have stayed in several different condo units at Golden Arms during the past 15 years, but 611 is the best yet! It was clean, updated, and spacious. The views are the best on that end of the building- you can see the beach from every room! The best part is how well-stocked the condo is- plenty of towels, utensils, storage containers, and cookware. We will definitely be back!

Love #611!

Having stayed here last year, I knew how good unit 611 was. Spectacular views, classy interior beach décor, well equipped kitchen and a very responsive owner (she actually sent her husband to come over and flip a circuit breaker for us! Boy did I feel silly after that, but he was very nice). This is by far the best beach condo we've stayed in over the past 40 years!

Best place on New Smyrna

We’ve been coming to New Smyrna for years and have stayed in multiple places. We love staying North of the North Causeway and this is the best of the best. The view is unbelievable! The hosts were amazing, kind, easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was the best possible! The decor was up to date and very tastefully done. All the comforts were provided with plenty of nice towels and plush bed linens. The in-room laundry and extra refrigerator was a nice convenience. The building itself, while a large condo, was still very private, secure and clean. 10 stars....will stay here as often as possible on our trips to New Smyrna!

Beautiful Ocean Retreat

I have been staying at this property for 40 years now. This unit is one of the best in the building. The end units have far and away the best views! I have stayed in 4 of the 8 end units and this one is decorated beautifully! This property is in my opinion the best location in NSB. It is close enough to walk to the Flagler Ave shopping district, but far enough to avoid much of the crowds. The property is very nice, best pool area on the beach, and the other tenants are friendly without being stuffy! I can't recommend this property and specically this unit highly enough!

everything was wonderful for my husband and i--- we had a great time -we love New Smyrna and the Golden Arms- we have been coming for over 25 years. i do think that Golden Arms needs to figure out a simpler way for folks to get to the beach through that gate- i watched people as they hunted for their fob, pulled it out, used it and then it didn't even work! Many many a time folks had to holler at someone to get them through. Also those things are so easily lost. And for the others that were in our family group in other condos, there were not enough of the fobs to go around- i believe a simple code of 3 0r 4 numbers would be much simpler for everyone.

Best Views in NSB

We were 4 adults who stayed here for a week. The condo was exactly as advertised. Unit was clean; communication with the owner was quick and easy; and the location was perfect for walking the beach and walking to the restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue. The views from this corner were amazing. Sunrise was awesome. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Even with some of the challenges some of us had with injuries this place was such a welcome break and a reset for my family. Everything we needed was there and the owners were great. Ive vacationed in New smyrna for over 40 yrs and stay in these condos several times but a first here. I highly recommend it!

Breathtaking Views

This corner unit has THE most amazing views... I have gone to NSB my entire life and have never seen it from this perspective. From the get go, Joy responded and answered all my questions. The condo was decorated with great taste and had more than enough to make our stay so wonderful. There is tight security and I was so happy about that once I got used to it. All the guests were super friendly! My sisters and I loved being so close to Flagler Ave. for evening walks to the shops or for an ice cream cone. We will definitely stay here again... just need to figure out when! Last, the second bathroom shower head was not working so I let Joy know. She had a plumber there within 20 minutes and the plumber replaced it... In and out within 60 minutes. Impressive and appreciated! Thank you Joy! We all had a perfect week!

Why they chose this property

Having been visiting New Smyrna Beach since before our kids were born, this beachtown has become a second home. This is our haven... a place to get away from the busyness and to reconnect as a family. We love the casual vibe, the kindness and the new restaurants that continue to pop up! Having family still in the area is an easy reason to come back every year.

When a corner unit in our favorite building became available, we could not pass it up. This is our treasured gift to give to our kids, friends and guests, in our own little corner of the world to find peace, calm and to create more memories.

What makes this property unique

When we turned the corner from taking off our shoes, we could see the blue of the ocean in the kitchen window. As we took a few more steps, we could see the natural light coming from the guest bedroom and expansive view of the ocean and shoreline through the windows that line the dining room and family room. We knew this was the place... our new haven.
