THE HOUSE
Four bedrooms plus a finished basement with additional sleeping space (bed and bedding provided) - sleeps 12. Two 65-inch TVs, a smaller kitchen TV, and Sonos speakers. Large living room, kitchen with plenty of seating, WiFi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every bedroom.

THE ENTERTAINING SPACES
An entertainers-dream garage with indoor and outdoor bar, an outdoor deck with Weber grill and dining table, big front and back yards, and a garage stocked with games and activities. On game day, the tailgate comes to you.

MORE THAN FOOTBALL
An easy home base for graduation, reunions, campus visits, hockey and basketball weekends, and longer stays - weekly and monthly discounts available.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house from close family friends who created a decade of memories while their two boys played football for Notre Dame. The house is two blocks from Eddy Street Commons and an easy walk to anywhere on campus. It is a gorgeous neighborhood full of alumni who share the Notre Dame spirit. It is the perfect house in the perfect location to enjoy everything Notre Dame has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of everything you want to do at Notre Dame. Beautiful back porch with a brand new grill and a great yard for games and activities. Two 65-inch TVs (with another TV in the kitchen) and a house perfectly set up for interacting with friends and family. This house was designed to create Notre Dame memories right under the Golden Dome!
