Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Good location, good accommodations. I brought pans and utensils so I could do some cooking and due to previous reviews saying unit is not well stocked and found there was everything we needed. Also sufficiently stocked with paper goods and toiletries that we need for our 4 night stay.

Grandview is the best!!

I love staying here with my family. The pool and lake access is perfect and we love being able to walk to town. Our condo was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Loved the stay!

This location was perfect. Easily slept our family of 5. Short walking distance to town, great location on the lake, and close drive to other options. My only suggestion, which is small, is that if you plan to cook bring some extra supplies. We had to cook because of dietary restrictions but only had 6 forks total. Other than that, i would stay there again!

Location

Great location. Walk to downtown. Great Lake access. The unit is right off the parking so easy for unloading and packing and was very quiet. Enjoyed the deck every night and rhe king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen isn’t the best stocked so if you are cooking bring your own pans and spices. Tons of extra blankets and pillows which we loved. Great visit and great place.

It was good overall for the family of 4

The check in process was easy and friendly. The unit 621 looked like the photos. There is a pool and a hot tub but it was under maintenance for a full day which was a bummer. The food by the pool was open for couple of days and we enjoyed tacos and drinks. The location is the best part of this unit. Overall though, it was a pleasant experience.

H.D. parking lot reno crew was rushed thru,needs thourough cleaning

Pros -Location,Parking,Pool,Cable channel,shower, No bugs , mostly clean,kitchen,laundry. Generally is an ok place . Best western is cleaner though. Cons- needs a deep cleaning, under construction, amateur reno work like 4ft x 4ft ceiling replacement looks horrible,fireplace surround has 1inch plus gaps, hot tub jets dont work, cleaning consists of a quick vacuum,countertop wipedown , laundry and thats it.
