Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This hotel was the perfect location right on lake Chelan! The pool was colder than the lake, but the slide was fun. The views from our deck were impressive and everything inside the room was clean and great! The pull out beds were perfect for our tweens.

Great location and lots of fun for the family. My family enjoys staying at the Grandview. This unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer that I missed in the description when reserving so just be aware of that. Our family of 6 fit well in the space. The front desk staff were very helpful!

Great location and view but property can get busy

Loved the unit, view and location. You can jump right into the water on the floor level and be a few hundred steps from downtown. The only downside was the community areas got pretty crazy and the pool/hot tub was filthy by the end of the day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for a little hiccup at check in. They gave us a one bedroom lake view suite. It was so cozy. Walking distance to the beautiful main street.
