We have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2000 sqf town home with 180 degree stunning views of Richardson Bay, Angel Island and Tiburon. The home is on top of a hill very close to hiking trails, shopping and the golden gate bridge. 15 minutes from San Francisco
The town home is 2 stories with the bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Both bedrooms have stunning views. Master Bedroom has a TV and newly renovated en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower and heated floor. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Third bedrooom has a sofa (not pull out) that can be used as a bed in a pinch and TV, but is set up more like an office.
The downstairs has been completely remodeled in a Modern design. The sunken living room has a high end media center with a 75 inch 4k television. Combination of new finished hardwood floors in kitchen , dining room and sitting room and carpet in the living room. Kitchen just remodeled with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances including Bosch induction stove top and convention oven. Half bath on main floor. Large, very private deck.

We are the property owners, Lara and Ray, and have lived on this beautiful hill above the bay for over 25 yrs. We love our home and location and leave for 5 months every year to winter in Arizona. We have spent years remodeling the place to make open concept with a modern feel. We hope you will enjoy staying here.
Why they chose this property
This property has spectacular Views from house of San Francisco Bay. The Golden Gate National Recreation Area is practically out the back door and access to hundreds of miles of trails. Less than 5 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco by car. Ferry Service from Sausalito is a great alternative to driving into SF. This property is idea for someone who wants to be very close to San Francisco but does not want to be right in the middle of a busy city.
