    Wonderful home from home

    Great location, very comfortable, nice private garden. Easy access to town, c.lose enough to walk, also bus within 100m. Plenty of space, a good family house. We would love to stay here again. Christine and Philip are very helpful and welcoming

    Very successful 5 week stay in this French family style home. Location residential with cycling or walking distance to beautiful La Rochelle. Great base to tour France as train station 15 min walking. Very amicable and hospitable hosts

    From the start we had a good feeling about the place and the host. We connected with her right away and took advantage of what was offered. The owner was very responsive when something was needed. It was a geeat place overallThe only comment îd like to make is to protect the bikes from the rain so they are usable safely. La Rochelle is a place to bike.

    Lovely short break

    House matches the description. We had a lovely short break. We managed without a car and hired extra bikes instead. Town and the nearest supermarket are both a 20 min walk so we cycled most of the time. The buses seemed reliable but not very frequent so check the current timetable. La Rochelle is fab and we’d definitely like to come back.

    Maison bien située à la Rochelle, spacieuse bien équipée.petit jardin mais fort appreciable, avec table, barbecue, mobilier (dont nous n'avons pas profité, etant en permanence en promenade).Maison qui meriterait un rafraichissement, seule la salle de bain a été refaite recemment.nous etions certainement les 1ers locataires de la saison, beaucoup de poussieres dans les placards, sur la vaisselle et des produits périmés dans les placards.2 points importants par rapport à l'annonce: il n'y a pas de stationnement dans l'enceinte de la maison (le portail est condamné, decouverte à l'arrivée et stationnement pas si aisé dans la rue) et les velos ne sont plus utilisables.Le stationnement securisé faisant partie de mes criteres prioritaires dans le choix du logement, je n'aurais pas choisi cette location si je l'avais su dès le depart.Communication aisée avec la proprietaire, qui prend le temps d'accueillir à l'arrivee en faisant le tour de la maison et des équipements, livret d'accueil en sus qui comporte beaucoup d'informations utiles et documentation touristique à disposition.

    Très belle maison de vacances !Cette maison de vacances confortable et aménagée avec soin était parfaite pour nous, en tant que famille avec deux grands enfants. Cette maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances confortables, y compris un beau jardin, aussi bien devant que derrière la maison et se trouve dans une rue très calme. On peut se rendre à pied au centre-ville de La Rochelle. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise pendant ces deux semaines.     La Rochelle au nouvel an

    Ville superbe pour passer la nouvelle année. Le 1er janvier, tres belle animation de qualité sur le vieux port. Maison tres bien située avec de lespace sauf probleme de programmation de chauffage. On a eu tres froid... pour la derniere nuit tout est rentre dans lordre.

    Tolle Auszeit in geräumigem und liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus

    Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Checkin, obwohl wir erst spätabends ankamen. Tolles Apartment mit liebevoller, vollständiger Ausstattung. Eine Nachfrage wurde umgehend telefonisch geklärt. Mit 2 Teenagern, einem Kind und 3 Erwachsenen war die räumliche Aufteilung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem sehr großen Wohn- und Essbereich perfekt. Die Innenstadt war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es fährt auch gleich ein Bus am Ende der Straße bis zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. :)

    Idéal pour des vacances sans voiture

    Location très propre et fournissant tout le nécessaire. Idéalement situé pour pouvoir visiter La Rochelle à pieds ou en vélo et les environs par bus/car. La literie est très confortable, le jardin calme et agréable. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires qui sont adorables, bienveillants et disponibles pour que votre séjour soit sans soucis.

    Ontspannend verblijf gehad

    De hele week mooi weer gehad en La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Chatalaillon, enz... kunnen bewonderen in al hun pracht. Je kan er goedkoop en goed eten : rond de 20 euro voor een voor- en hoofdgerecht. 2 grote en mooie supermarkten op korte afstand van de woning, ook bakkerijen in de buurt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit van de woning.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est située au calme et proche du centre ville de La Rochelle. Elle est très bien équipée. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté et le confort des literies. De plus les propriétaires sont se sont montrés charmants, et très à l’écoute.
