At the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré, this charming renovated village house offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

Accommodating up to 5 people comfortably, the house has its private courtyard, its garden, overlooking a quiet alleyway (called alley).

On foot or by bike, you will never be far from bike paths or pedestrian paths by the sea to walk or to explore the ten small villages of the Ile de Ré.

Perfection

Situation géographique parfaite à 5 mn des commerces. Navette aux pieds de la location vélo disponible avec la location. Maison fonctionnel et bien agencée. Endroit très agréable et calme. Possibilité de garer son véhicule à l’intérieur.

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé, la maison est idéalement située. Petit bémol pour la voile d'ombrage extérieure qui s'est avérée peu pratique et guère efficace pour nous permettre de profiter au mieux de la terrasse.

Logement standard bien situé

Très bon accueil et logement très propre. Le logement est bien situé, mais proche d'un axe principal, donc chambre côté route un peu bruyante mais la 2ème chambre est ok. Une literie plus confortable serait un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un bon sejour avec une proximité du centre très appréciable.

Mooi verzorgde vakantiewoning op het idyllische Ile de Ré

De vakantiewoning is een keurig verzorgd huisje, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Keuken is heel compleet ingericht met koelkast/diepvries/fornuis/oven/magnetron/vaatwasser. Het is een voormalige visserswoning, dus niet groot, maar wel helemaal gerenoveerd en alles zag er heel netjes uit. Wij verbleven er met vijf volwassenen en hebben mede dankzij het prachtige zomerweer een heerlijke vakantie gehad op het geweldige eiland Ile de Ré. De ligging op loopafstand van het centrum van La Flotte is perfect, 's ochtends even op en neer naar de bakker en de fijne, dagelijkse markt met verse producten. Wij hadden ook vijf fietsen gehuurd bij de eigenaar, mooie degelijke fietsen, die klaar stonden bij aankomst. Ideaal om het eiland te verkennen en dagelijks naar het strand van La Flotte of St. Martin de Ré te gaan. Wij zouden dit vakantiehuis zeker aanraden, een paar minpuntjes ter overweging: - Er is één kleine badkamer op de BG, met douche en WC in één ruimte; met vijf volwassenen was dit niet altijd even handig - Er is geen airco (wel zo milieuvriendelijk, maar boven op de slaapkamers wel warm wanneer de temperaturen oplopen) - De fietsen van de andere huisjes worden ook geparkeerd bij Le Phare, dit gaat wel enigszins ten koste van de privacy

Séjour ensoleillé à la flotte

Très agréable séjour à la Flotte , situation parfaite proche des commerces , du marché et du bassin , nous avons séjourné dans une jolie maison , très récente et lumineuse. Accueil tres familial, disponibilité de Benjamin et son épouse . Les chambres à l’étage nous offrent un excellent confort pour de belles nuits. La pièce à vivre est grande et très bien structurée permettant de se poser au retour de la plage . Un super bonus avec terrasse ensoleillée mais protégée du soleil par une voile . Les transats nous permettent de se reposer au calme. A très bientôt pour de retrouver en famille. Cyrielle, Michel et Yvette. PS : un grand miroir serait bienvenu …..

Perfect location to explore Ile de Re

Warm welcome from Benjamin who was available if we needed him during our stay. We hired bikes from him which were in great condition and saved us organising it ourselves - they were there when we arrived in the courtyard with off street parking. Supermarket and boulangerie both less than 5 minutes by bike. With lovely Sandy beaches and St Martin all within 25 minutes away. Accommodation modern, clean and sufficiently well equipped. We had a super week, lucky with the weather, thank you for a lovely stay.

Accueil, disponibilité du propriétaire. Équipement général de bon niveau . Logement propre à notre arrivée. Travaux continu afin de maintenir en bon état cet appartement. Maison très agréable et bien située a quelques mn a pied du port de la flotte. C'est propre, la deco est jolie, c'est bien équipé, vous avez un parking privatif... Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Nous avons apprécié la propriété, pour sa propreté et son confort et surtout sa situation. Idéale pour les marcheurs, pour les cyclistes et les adeptes des transports en commun. Nice little house in ideal location

Nice clean bright little house in an ideal location with private parking which is a huge bonus as parking in La Flotte can be a nightmare and expensive. the house is advertised for 4/5 people we were 2 and really more than 3 it would feel too many! Also the stairs would be unsuitable for anyone elderly or children. On arrival we felt the greeting we got was not very welcoming at all.

Lovely house

We stayed for a week in July 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in la Flotte. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped (we opted to take our own linen as we drove).. The location was really convenient and we were able to park our car off road which was a bonus. The courtyard had sun all day and the canopy shade was very welcome. Parfait comme la premiére fois!

C'était notre deuxième séjour à la Flotte, appartement toujours aussi propre, les avantages : proximité du port et de ses commerces, le parking fermé la possibilité de louer sur place des vélos ( de bonnes qualités ) et le bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances agréables et qui aiment l'Ile de Ré.

Vraiment génial

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, il a toujours été disponible et compréhensif même lorsque que nous avons eu des difficultés sur la route pour se rendre à la location. Une fois arrivé, l'appartement était superbe, très propre et fonctionnel. Il est en plus très bien placé, nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking tout le séjour. En résumé, excellent séjour, l'appart impeccable, les enfants ont adorés.
