Equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge, electric hob, sink. Indoor dining area with round table and two chairs. Double bed 140 x 190 new and very comfortable. TV. Separate bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and toilet.

Magical Three Days In Porquerolles

Location on the main square was ideal for shopping for food, and starting our walks. Having the outdoor space was wonderful to have meals and just relax. Marie-Christine was a delightful host.

Excellent pied a terre for stay on a beautiful island

The property is quite bijou, but excellently situated in the main square on Porquerolles. Marie-Christine is an excellent hostess, and happy to share her enthusiasm for the island.

Eine kleine schöne Wohnung am Hauptplatz des kleinen Dorfes. Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit kleiner Küche, Bad und Klimaanlage perfekt. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse auf der man verweilen kann. Restaurants und Lebensmitteladen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken. Die Kommunikation über SMS und E-Mail war problemlos. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche auf der Insel Porquerolles und kommen gerne wieder und würden das Appartment wieder buchen. Uns war beim Auszug ein kleines Missgeschick passiert. Beim reinigen war uns ein kleines Bild von der Wand gefallen und dabei ist das Glas ( etwa 20x15 cm) zerbrochen, der Rahmen selbst war unbeschädigt. Ich selbst bin auch Kunstsammler und habe schon oft solche Gläser ausgetauscht. ein normales Glas, wie dort eingebaut war, kostet in der Größe etwa 3 Euro, ein Glas in Museumsqualität 12 Euro. Wir mussten leider 100 Euro von der Kaution dafür abgeben. Ich denke aber das es keine Mutwilligkeit war, sondern die nette Dame es einfach nicht besser gewusst hat. Wir haben uns auch nicht beschwert oder über den Preis verhandelt. Wir hatten etwas beschädigt und haben dafür bezahlt und fanden es nicht angebracht zu handeln. Deshalb möchte ich diese Situation auch nicht in die Bewertung einfließen lassen.

Relax

Grazie alla posizione super centrale si può raggiungere ogni angolo dell'isola comodamente. Il paese offre tutto il necessario per sentirsi coccolati e in vacanza. L'appartamento vanta un piccolo giardino esterno sulla piazza che ti fa sentire in centro, dove puoi rilassarti nelle ore più fresche, in pace. Le dimensioni sono sicuramente molto ridotte, anche quelle della casa che purtroppo come unica punto luce con l'esterno è la porta, infatti all'interno c'è molta umidità. Da migliorare un pochino la pulizia. Marie Christine è un host davvero molto carina e disponibile, sempre presente visto che abita a fianco. Rapporto qualità-prezzo in linea con Porquerolles.

Grandi potenzialità ma da migliorare alcuni aspetti

Host molto gentile e struttura con un buon potenziale, situata nella piazza principale del villaggio. Bisogna però migliorare alcuni aspetti, a partire dal forte odore di umidità presente, che non andava via nemmeno tenendo sempre aperta la porta. Al nostro arrivo non era stata eseguita una pulizia puntuale in tutti i punti della casa (per esempio il bollitore era tutto appiccicoso). Inoltre sia gli asciugamani che i cuscini delle poltrone esterne andrebbero sostituiti perché datati. L’Host ci ha richiesto 300 euro in contanti di cauzione (non prevista e di conseguenza non versata).

Je remercie mon locataire pour sa franchise a posteriori. Je n'étais pas consciente de l'humidité existante et j'aurais pu changer le linge qui ne lui convenait pas. Pour le ménage, je lui ai demandé ce qui ne convenait pas mais n'ai pas obtenu de réponse précise.En ce qui concerne la caution de 300 e, contrairement à ce que le locataire écrit, elle figure en toutes lettres dans le contrat de location signé par les deux parties et est systématiquement versée à l'arrivée par chèque ou espèces puis restituée le jour même du départ du locataire. Je regrette un manque de communication orale.

Logement pratique

Le logement est idéalement situé au cœur du village donc parfait pour découvrir l’île mais pour les «marmottes», prendre en compte la sonnerie des cloches toutes les 1/2 heure à partir de 7h du matin. L’hôte est disponible et accueillante, elle habite juste à côté et est soucieuse de votre bonne installation. C’est un petit studio, ne pas l’oublier quand on loue et se dire qu’on vit la plupart du temps à l’extérieur (la terrasse est tres agréable)

Le prix n’est pas en rapport avec la prestation.

Très bien situé dans Porquerolles mais cher /prestation Propriétaire sympathique En effet les draps, taies d’oreillers et serviettes de bains sont basiques et dépareillés. Le porte serviette de la douche est détaché du mur et posé au sol, La petite terrasse qui pourrait être sympa est monopolisée par un énorme parasol qui en occupe le tiers et n’est plus fonctionnel. La table de jardin est une récup de pieds en fonte instables sur lesquels se trouve une planche. La photo montrant une terrasse avec un banc, est celle de la propriétaire et non la votre. Cuisine sympa et l’ensemble propre mais peu de place pour bouger sans se cogner dans le pied du lit.

Merci pour toutes vos remarques. La photo de l'entrée avec le portillon et le grand canapé a pour but de permettre aux locataires de reconnaître facilement la Villa Mocotte. C'est exact, le grand parasol a été cassé en mai par un vent très violent de nuit. Il faut une poste de soudure pour le réparer, j'attends l'artisan.. La table de la terrasse est un étal de boucher sur pieds de table de bistro anciens, je comprends que ce ne soit pas du goût de tout le monde. Une inondation récente a provoqué le détachement du porte serviettes, j'attends le plombier et que le mur soit sec pour la réparation. Le recours aux artisans est un vrai problème sur l'île. Le studio fait 17m2 comme indiqué et ses prestations sont complètes. J' enlèverai le petit meuble d'appoint pour faciliter le passage du côté droit du lit. Quant au linge de maison, j' améliorerai la prestation.

Kurzaufenthalt Porquerolles

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Unterkunft gesucht, dafür war es ok. Die Preise auf Porquerolles sind sehr hoch, das wussten wir vorher. Neue Handtücher wären gut. Freundliche Vermieterin.

En effet, 17M2 ce n'est pas grand, mais il y a la terrasse extérieure assez spacieuse, qui sert de salle à manger, d'endroit où se reposer et lire en plein air.Et mi- septembre, par temps couvert, comme ce fut le cas pendant le séjour, la lumière naturelle dans le studio est plus réduite.

Petit studio mais bien agencé et suffisant pour notre séjour de 3 nuits

Excellent emplacement surtout en période de couvre-feu à 18h. A proximité immédiate: Supérette, boulangerie et restaurant préparant des plats à emporter. Terrasse très agréable. Lit confortable et salle de bains fonctionnelle. En revanche, très gênés par une forte odeur d’humidité et le linge de maison gagnerait à être renouvelé.

bon séjour

studio bien placé au centre du village , tout est à 2 pas , ambiance village des années 60, le studio est relativement petit (17m2) avec lit au milieu de la pièce dont un coté abrite le coin cuisine avec frigo évier , rangements et plaque induction ; séparément se trouve le coin douche , wc puis à l'extèrieur un endroit avec table et parasol donnant sur la place d'Armes ou se trouve l'église , plusieurs restaurants et commerces. Plus loin énormément de locations de vélos en allant vers le port (300m) Beaucoup de promenades à l'est , au sud et à l'ouest du village essentiellement des plages de sable blanc mais aussi d' algues séchées. L'alimentation (en magasin) est nettement plus chère que sur le "continent" En bref bon séjour qui vaut un 15/20
