Phantastische Aussicht in hübschem Ambiente

Absolut unschlagbar: die Aussicht auf den Hafen und den Hauptzugangsweg in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war überwiegend sauber (damit ist gemeint: alle wichtigen Bereiche wie Küche und Bad sehr sauber, manche Schränke und Oberflächen hätten jedoch einmal wieder einer Grundreinigung bedurft - war vielleicht aber auch der vorangegangenen "Winterruhe" geschuldet).Was man wissen sollte: in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bars und Cafés, die insbesondere am Wochenende bis spät in die Nacht auch lautere Musik spielen. Uns hat es nicht gestört (Fenster schließen gut), aber wer da empfindlicher ist oder gerade im Sommer mit offenem Fenster schlafen will, sollte das bedenken. WLAN gibt es nicht.Der Check-In wird ein paar Tage vor Anreise mit der Betreuerin der Wohnung abgesprochen (man wird angerufen). Diese ist sehr freundlich und auch während des Aufenthalts bei eventuellen Fragen gut erreichbar (Grundkenntnisse des Französischen sind in der Kommunikation aber unabdingbar).Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlt und auch einen Regentag gemütlich herumbringen kann.

Super séjour et accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Porquerolles. L’appartement confortable est idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur le port. L’accueil a été excellent, aussi bien au début qu’à la fin du séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est agréable et jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle. Toutefois sa situation, à proximité des bars-restaurants l'Escale et Le Café du Port, entraîne un bruit considérable et un tapage nocturne quotidien, jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit, bruit causé par la musique de ces établissements et les hurlements nocturnes de leurs clients. Le sommeil est perturbé même si l'on ferme les fenêtres. Il est dommage que la mairie de Porquerolles permette cette pollution nocturne.

Un séjour incroyable !

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre du village avec comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos une vue imprenable sur le port. La période juillet août sera peut être un peu bruyante mais l'appartement possède des fenêtres de qualité. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et a beaucoup de charme. Je recommande vivement cette location. Karine est charmante et nous a très bien accueilli.

Fabulous View and Fabulous Location

Just an awesome location! Property Manager Karine was an absolute sweetheart! If you are going to Porguerolles - this is the place to stay! Third floor with views of harbor and downtown area literally two minutes from the boat dock. And the apartment setup is so unique - the first floor of the apartment is living area, kitchen and bath and then the cutest stairs up to a loft bedroom. Truly unique and wonderful! We loved the the island!

Environnement bruyant et appartement pas très propre

La fenêtre donne sur une terrasse de restaurant animée jusque tard dans la nuit, l'état de propreté de l'immeuble est repoussant et celle de l'appartement laisse à désirer.

Cher vacancier, Merci de vos précieux commentaires. Concernant le restaurant en face, une plainte a été déposée à la mairie d’Hyeres par le syndic de l’immeuble. Par rapport au ménage dans les parties communes de l’immeuble, suite à la démission de l’employé de ménage, le nettoyage ne s’est pas fait pendant quelques semaines. Depuis une semaine une nouvelle entreprise a pris en charge le ménage. En ce qui concerne le ménage dans l’appartement nous sommes très surpris de lire ceci car nous n’avions jamais eu de remarques de la part des locataires. Toutefois la personne sur place va redoubler de vigilance. Très cordialement.
