THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this cozy condo offers an open floor plan with tall ceilings and southern exposure that creates a spacious yet intimate getaway. Equipped with full-size appliances and fully stocked cookware, the kitchen has everything you will need to indulge in a finely cooked meal. To start your day on the mountain, a toaster and coffee maker are available for your use. Sit down at the dining table with room for four or pull up a seat at the island to grab a bite before your next adventure.

The bedroom offers a new queen-size memory foam bed with quality linens and a flat screen TV to help you unwind after a day of activities. The large closet contains extra blankets and pillows to suit your needs, while allowing plenty of room for your belongings. Iron, ironing board, safe, and a box fan can also be found in the closet.

Cozy up in the living room next to the gas fireplace to relax, or enjoy the sounds and scents of the forest by opening the windows and French-style patio doors. Kick back on the leather sleeper sofa or futon, while viewing the large flat screen HD TV with cable or one of the many paperback books in the entertainment center. Free WiFi is also available.

The spacious bathroom features a jetted tub/shower, fresh towels, toiletries and ample counter space. There is also a stackable washer/dryer tucked away in a closet next to the bathroom.

Lastly, spend the spring, summer and fall relaxing on the patio in this great wooded setting. Enjoy the mountain views and sounds of the Snake River, which is only 50 ft away.

THE LOCATION
When you’re ready to venture out, take a short stroll to catch the free Keystone shuttle, running several times an hour. You can be at the River Run base area in minutes, with access to slopes, shopping and dining. As a guest of our condo, you also have access to Dakota Lodge’s heated, year-round pool, located in River Run. If soaking is more your style, the hot tub is a few steps away from the condo. If you are visiting Keystone for an event at the Keystone conference center, the shuttle will drop you off at the conference center if you ask the driver. Wanna go for a hike or take in the alpine scenery? Hiking trails are right on-site and the Snake River is just a short walk away where you can watch fisherman haul in colorful brook trout. For biking, you can access a bike path that will take you to Lake Dillon, or Breckenridge if you don’t mind a longer ride—the views are incredible.
