New Port Richey.. Home away from home! This house has all the comforts of home.

This 1400 sq. Foot house has two good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Ceramic tile flooring throughout the house, except the two bedrooms which have carpet. Large 60 inch flat screen tv in the living room, 42 inch tv in family room, and 42 inch tv in master bedroom. Cable tv includes high speed internet. Unlimited stations, including Netflix.
You will enjoy a quiet evening drinking a glass of wine sitting in our fully enclosed lanai. Weber Grill for outdoor cooking.
Backyard is fully fenced, and very private. Close to shopping with Florida’s newest outlet just 35 minutes away. 13 minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 30 minutes to Honeymoon Island, 40 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Half hour away to Dunedin to see the Blue Jays play.
High speed Wifi for those who need to check into the office, or work from home. Electrolux stacking washer and dryer.
Stainless steel fridge and stove. Extra fridge for beverages.
Microwave, and toaster oven.
Dining table and chairs for 4 people.
Three sets of sheets for each bed, lots of towels, including beach towels for pool.
No Smoking. Small well behaved dog, maybe allowed with permission. Extra charge.
Preference given to long term renters. January February and March are usually rented together.

We had an amazing stay at this Florida VRBO! The home was exactly as describe. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds that made it easy to relax after long days.The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved spending time outside on the covered patio and lanai, enjoying the fresh air, it was the highlight of our trip!The host was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from booking to checkout. Clear instructions and thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable Florida getaway!

Clean, well maintained 2bdr each w/comfortable queen beds, 2 full baths and screened pool! Excellent value for the price. Owners easy to work with. Definitely recommend and hope to visit same property again later this year.

Comfortable and Relaxing!

We certainly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The neighborhood is very quiet. Judy is the perfect host, a wonderful person and graciously accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this property!

We stayed for a month. We went to hang out with our dogs and play golf. The house was immaculate, great location, spotless. Everything was perfect, even had a kettle! Highly recommend it

Absolutely Perfect!

Super clean! Super comfortable! We walked in and felt right at home. Judy has included many little extras; I travel with a tote of supplies that I would not have needed. Located in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to amenities and activities. Patio and pool area is ideal for just hanging out and relaxing. Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful vacations

We spent our vacation at Judy's house from June 8, 2022 to July 8, 2022. The house is beautiful and equipped with all the amenities it needs. A super WIFI connection, all the dishes you can think of, as well as toaster, shaker, etc. A washing machine, super air conditioning as well as a beautiful pool. We would recommend Judy's house anytime and would book this again anytime. Since our flight did not leave until 11:30 PM in the evening Judy told us without hesitation that we could stay in the house as long as we wanted. This was very convenient for us. Thank you so much Judy

My husband and I was so blessed to have found this place to stay. It has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Plenty of bedding, dishes, beach towels, and super clean. The bonus was the washer and dryer. It washed and dried clothes in record time. The pool was always cleaned every wednesday. It was too cold to swim during our visit which I was bummed . The renters sister Trudy lives close and she is the sweetest, kindest woman you'd ever meet. So is the neighbor lady. It is a safe and clean place to stay. My husband and I were down to try new treatments for his cancer . The furniture wasn't real comfortable for him and they didn't even bat an eye to let us rent a small sofa recliner . She even allowed us to bring our dog whos my husband little shadow. We were blessed in many ways. I'll always be thankful for finding this place to stay and for Trudy. She's an Angel for sure. I have found forever friends!

Lovely stay

We so enjoyed our stay, even when hurricane Ian was bearing down, Judy was only worried for our safety. So accommodating, hospitable, and gracious to open her home for others to enjoy. The location is perfect so close to parks and beaches.

Great rental!

1. Judy was very nice and the rental process was easy. 2. The house is very clean and the furniture and bedding are comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen is nice and has lots of dishes and pot and pans. The only negative for us was a strong dog smell in the main bedroom and the only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 star. After trying a couple of things we got it under control. Judy knows about it and is planning on taking care of it. 3. The best part for us was the lanai. The yard has a privacy fence around it. The lanai has a couple of large trees so you can have sun or shade while sitting out there. It is hard to see in the pictures but the is also a covered area with a wicker sofa and a patio set. We ate most of our meals out there and even sat out there one evening playing cards with friends while it was raining. 4. There are alot of good restaurants on the river for lunch or dinner. There are 2 restaurants right in the neighborhood that we enjoyed. Grandma Sally's has good breakfasts and very reasonable prices and the staff are very nice. We also enjoyed Leaning Tower of Pizza which is a small Italian restaurant. 5. If you are thinking of renting in this area we highly recommend Judy's home.

Loved it! What a beautiful house.

What a beautiful property. Every room was immaculate, comfortable and all amenities are new. The property was centrally located to many activities. Host Judy was very accommodating and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed watching the local wildlife at the parks and preserves. James E Grey Preserve, North Anclote River Nature Park, Starkey Park and our favorite Sims Park are "must see" if you enjoy outdoor activities. We loved relaxing in the beautiful lanai. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Totally enjoyed our visit!

This was our first time using VRBO and our first time staying in New Port Richey. The home was everything the owner said it would be. She went out of her way to make her home “our home” while we visited Florida. The home was centrally located to great restaurants and shops and was convenient for touring and site seeing. We found many things to do and enjoyed daily walks. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan on returning.

I live in LondonOntario Canada. I have been visiting New Port Richey for the past 6 years. I love the New Port Richey area. I decided t purchase a home this year. I am an avid golfer, and this area offers great choices of courses at a reasonable price. I still work, and I am only able to Stay a few months a year.

Why they chose this property

This is a very comfortable home. Ready to move in. All you need is your clothes and tooth brush. Located in an older residential area. Close to US 19. Easy drive to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater. Lots of great golf courses, shopping and restaurants. This is not a touristy area. Enjoy the locals. This home is in impeccable condition, and you will not be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

This home has everything. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is stacked full with quality dishes, pots and pans, spices, cutlery. Every thing you would require. Lots of room to spread out. Enjoy the private lanai. Brand new Webber BBQ.
