Lulu City Unit #5G is a fantastic 2BD/2BA multilevel condo (3rd floor walk-up) in the Town of Telluride making it ideal for enjoying the summer festival season and the winter ski season. Lulu 5G has views to the west of the valley floor and views to the east of the pool, aspen trees and the town nestled in the famous box canyon. Coonskin (Lift 7) is only a couple minute walk as is the grocery store! The River Trail is a few steps out the door, providing wonderful access to town attractions (all less than 10 minutes walk) and a network of hiking and biking trails. Amenities include recently renovated Pool w/Hot Tub, grill and Enclosed Private Garage.
