Great little house!

Perfect location near beaches, restaurants, and the rest of Bonita Springs. Nicely decorated and fully equipped. Gas grill and patio lanai with high top table was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, garage, and fenced in private back yard.

Great comfortable place to stay.

Rental was well above expectations. Exceptionally clean. Coffee Maker quit working and Owners had it replaced within hours. We would definitely rent again and recommend this our friends. Dave and Colleen Cleland

Very Clean and sooo Quite

We really needed this mini vay cay. We were not disappointed this little house was adorable! So clean and cozy. The backyard had a nice privacy fence for our 2 small dogs. The neighborhood was so quite. Perfect!

Why we like this place: 1. It’s near restaurants and things we wanted to do but is in a very quiet neighborhood. We had no desire to be in the middle of the beach strip action. 2. Friendly to well-behaved dogs. 3. Fenced in back yard. 4. Screened in back patio. 5. House was clean. 6. Garage (attached) has a washer and a dryer and is a great place to store your bicycles or whatever you have with you. 7. The owner was proactive in communicating what we needed to know to gain access to the home and also provided great restaurant recommendations.

Better than expected

Property was exactly as pictured and advertised with much more hidden away . Has everything you need . A quiet and comfortable home good for any occasion . Nice if you want to get away from all of the tourist attraction but close enough to get there easily and close to the reason we went for area, the beaches. Barefoot beach is like your on an island . It has everything , comfort inside and out . Clean property with beautiful touches and family oriented as well as a beautiful outside property . Didn’t need to ask for anything .

This Home is just what we needed for a weekend stay in Southwest Florida to visit our daughter. Very relaxing decor throughout the home, and the rear screened porch is awesome. Easy access to Route 41 and 75.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We spent the past 6 days thoroughly enjoying this home!! It had everything we needed and then some. It was decorated so nicely and the couch, chairs, and beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the screened-in porch and appreciated having a grill with a full propane tank. We were sad to leave and hope to come back. This rental exceeded our expectations and the value for what we paid cannot be overstated. And did I mention it was immaculate? And close to everything? And we were allowed to bring our pet? And, and, and ......

Quaint, charming, accessible!

Very tidy little place. It really exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for both beach and activity accessibility and the owner was very accommodating. We will definitely consider booking there again and will openly recommend it to friends traveling to South Florida!
