Private individual rents very beautiful apartment of 45 m² (plus terrace 6.50 m²) completely renovated in 2017 with bedroom and living room on the second floor with elevator, comfortable, furnished, located in the town of Antibes in the Saint-Jean district in only 15 minutes from Cannes and 10 minutes from the beaches of Antibes (sandy beaches of Ilettes and Salis) or those of Juan-les-pins with sea views from the kitchen and bedroom terrace, view of the Lérins islands (Sainte Marguerite and Saint-Honorat) in a luxury residence in a wooded, closed, quiet and secure park with caretaker.

6.50 m² terrace facing the sea (with the possibility of having meals there), electric shutters and blinds, large living room with sofa and pull-out beds (2 90x190 beds that can be pushed together in 180)
bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, fitted kitchen,
Large swimming pool available to tenants during the stay, table tennis and tennis court. Reserved parking space as close as possible to the apartment (number 7) in the residence,

Nice flat with all you need for a relaxed vacation

The flat is accurately described, l was looking for a nice balcony, a proper kitchen, two real beds (not sofa beds), pool and proximity to Antibes/ beach, and that's what l got. Hosts are very helpful and pleasant. Generousity with regards to soap, washing products, basic food wares like salt oil etc. Its a fully equipped home. For this reason it was not sparkling clean as in a hotel but this was not expected so not disturbing. Overall a very charming place which l wouldnt hesitate to go back to again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien situé proche des plages et des grandes villes aux alentours .Le cadre de la résidence est très joliment arboré et calme avec une belle piscine ou il y avait étonnement peu de monde. Ambiance sénoriale Bon accueil avec le propriétaire Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Superbe appartement dans très belle résidence avec vue sur mer

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est très gentil et très sérieux car l appartement correspond exactement à la description et aux photos. La situation et le calme sont très appréciables. La vue de la terrasse sur la mer est magnifique. Nous reviendrons sûrement car tout était vraiment très bien. Merci encore au propriétaire pour son accueil.

Appartement et vue superbes

Appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs d'Antibes . Nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour . Superbe parc arboré doté d'une belle piscine . Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un chaleureux accueil et se sont montrés très attentifs à nos demandes . Au total nous sommes pleinement satisfaits

Tolle Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen und fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit Allem, was man braucht. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft und die Anlage mit dem tollen Pool sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Henri und Agnes für den herzlichen Empfang und die problemlose und freundliche Kommunikation und tollen Urlaubstipps!

Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passe une très belle semaine à la fin de Juillet à Antibes. L'appartement, qui a toutes les commodités nécessaires, est situé dans une résidence fleurie et bien équipé: piscine, ping-pong, court de tennis. Location au calme, parmi des oiseaux. Vu champêtre et dégagée, sans vis à vis. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de M Michon. Nous garderons en mémoire cette location et nous la recommandons vivement car nous avons été reçu non pas en client mais en amis. Antonia et Borislav, Sofia, Bulgarie

Geweldig appartement op geweldige locatie

Een mooi appartement met een een geweldig uitzicht in een goed onderhouden park. Een fantastisch zwembad(niet druk) maakt deel uit van de ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Alle faciliteiten zoals supermarkt, bakker, restaurants etc. etc. bevinden zich op een steenworp afstand. Ook pittoreske dorpen en de mondaine badplaatsen liggen dichtbij. Wij hebben hier genoten van een zeer aangenaam verblijf, mede door het fijne contact met de eigenaar, Henri Michon. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. Hans Ne Marieke

Avons passé 2 semaines très agréables en couple. Antibes est riche en découvertes culturelles et l’arrière-pays est splendide tant sur l’architecture que sur sa nature luxuriante. Très bonnes vacances. Merci à Henri et Agnès pour leur excellent accueil.

superbe séjour à Antibes dans une magnifique résidence

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme MICHON à Antibes qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Celui ci est spacieux propre et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. grand frigo, grande salle de bain avec beaucoup de place pour les trousses de toilette et de grands placards de rangement. beau séjour et terrasses avec une jolie vue sur la mer. la résidence sécurisé plus place de parking est calme très propre (jusque dans les poubelles) très fleurie avec une la jolie piscine un vrais bonheur.

Un oasis

Appartement situé dans une résidence au parc très agréable, palmiers arbres, fleurs une véritable oasis! avec une piscine très calme et très adaptée aux enfants. Le logement est très propre, lumineux ,fonctionnel, on peut prendre les repas sur la terrasse. La vue est magnifique , on profite de la douceur du climat de la côte d’azur sans le tumulte de la ville. Les plages sont à 5 min de voiture. Très bon sejour

Appartement très sympathique, à la fois propre et moderne. Une vue dont on se lasse pas du matin au soir ! Une résidence très bien entretenue, avec une très belle piscine, que demandez de mieux ? Une place de parking pour notre voiture qui nous permettait de ne pas s'inquiéter. Un petit appartement avec un grand confort ! Si je venais à revenir dans le coin je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet appartement. C'était super mais trop court ! Je le conseille fortement en plus il est très bien placé.

sejour idyllique dans un cadre enchanteur!

Très bel appartement au calme dans un parc magnifique, fleuri et très bien entretenu, peu de monde dans la piscine à 30°C avec descente progressive idéale pour nos jeunes enfants, place de parking dans le parc securisé en face de l'entree de l'immeuble. Un vrai moment de détente avec une vue de la terrasse sur la mer bleu azur. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux d'Henri et Agnes. Marché sous les halles, musée picasso, balade à l'île St Honorat à ne pas manquer: Tour de l'ile à pied en un jour avec baignades dans des criques paradisiaques, un régal! Balades du soir agréables sur le front de mer (ne pas oublier les trottinettes!), restaurant Amore excellent!

Absolument parfait

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours et la proximité du centre d'Antibes et ses plages est un atout important. Le calme ,l'environnement paysager de la résidence et la vue sur la mer nous ont séduit des l'arrivée. Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement pour passer un séjour confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement sécurisé avec parking privatif. Nous reviendrons..
