Fantastic apartment with superior location

Apartment: Beautiful apartment with two rooms and an amazing 25m2 roof terrace with sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. Location: Perfectly located, close to the beach (100m) as well as to the old town of Antibes (250m). We stayed three weeks in the apartment and enjoyed every day! The host was always available for any question we had!

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor of a well kept building centrally located in Antibes. It was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner on the lovely 25m2 terrace. The apartment was very clean well equipped and very functional. Madame Nathalie was extremely hospitable and available throughout my stay. Definitely deserves a return visit. Thanks again .. Ronald

Komfortable Wohnlage in Altstadtnähe

Die Wohnung war perfekt für Urlaub in und um Antibes, gut ausgestattet mit allem, sauber, geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet. Man käme gut ohne Auto aus, aber auch der Parkplatz war sehr hilfreich. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nicht laut, der Blick von Balkon bzw. der großen Terrasse sehr schön. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin für den freundlichen Empfang!

Wir haben uns in diesem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auf der großen Dachterrasse konnten wir jeden Tag die Morgensonne genießen und die Strahlen der Abendsonne wärmten den kleinen Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Al di là del fatto che l’annuncio rispecchia perfettamente la casa, questa è dotata di ogni confort a partire dal parcheggio privato sotto casa, il mini market sotto casa aperto fino a tardi e il fatto di essere a 50 m dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria è deliziosa è molto premurosa. Insomma conaigliatissimo !!

Very nice apartment in a quiet building, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the old town (and a grocery store just outside the door!) The two balconies allows you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun, wonderful! The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The host, Nathalie, is very warm and helpful. We would love to come back!

Great apartment, great location

This is a great apartment, well equipped and nicely presented. The large patio with a sea view really makes it. There is also a small patio outside the bedroom at the back of the apartment, which allows a welcoming flow of air through the apartment on hot days. We really enjoyed our stay.
