Aqua Bella, located at Beachside…… TECH and family-friendly three-bedroom two-and-a-half-bath townhome with hardwood floors throughout, conveniently located on 11th street. 8-minute walk to Acclaimed Gulf Coast Beach, shopping, restaurants and activities

Enjoy the luxury of charging your TESLA or other Electric Vehicle (must have an adapter) in the attached one-car garage, and also have two assigned parking spaces right in front. Corner unit to accommodate easy access and exit to the street.

The dining room has seating for 8 with 5 chairs and a bench. and the spacious bar seats 4. The dining area has a pass-through to the fully stocked galley kitchen. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make the family cook happy. Keurig for the coffee lover and treasure your favorite cup from one of the balconies.

Great place for a family vaca

This property is beautiful and convenient. We have 2 children age 7 and 8 and my mother with us. It was a great time and the house was very clean. They had games for the kids and the pool was great..close to beach

Great location and house layout

Good layout of home for families with young kids! Ability to put the kids to bed at night on a different floor from the main living area made evenings more fun for the parents. Great location close to the beach, especially easy with the golf cart rental option!

Wonderful family place to stay in Port A

This was our first trip to Port A. I was impressed with the property. It was nice, new, very clean and a great location. Easy and convenient to rent a golf cart from the property manager. The only negative is this is an end unit and we had the noise from the street. I'm assuming there were more cars than normal because of spring break.

Great place, but needs some attention.

The condo, pool, and location were great. A few flaws very few kitchen utensils (no can opener, no bbq utensils, no blender, and no dish towels). The glass stove top was cracked, and almost every chair outside was broken along with the table outside. AC worked great downstairs, but was quite warm upstairs. The issues are mostly due to not relaying the problems to management. I would stay here again, but will be more prepared.

Pretty good for the price

Home was well furnished, had a great pool for kids and was a short drive/walk to the beach. The only negatives were the constant road noise and late night stereos on golf carts, as this is an end unit. AND we encountered multiple roaches in the unit.

We really enjoyed the entire stay! The only negative would be the traffic/people noise later at night and early morning. We expected it since the unit is right by two of the busier streets.

Easy weekend

5 grown men for a weekend. There was plenty of space for all to stretch out. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything in port A was easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again.

Port A

Condo worked out great for our stay. Location not far from the beach, fishing food, drinks and shopping. Fun had my all. Next time we will rent golf cart through the place instead from a different vendor and had problems.
