Beachside Getaway is a family-friendly three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. This condo sits near the saltwater pool that is heated in the winter months. Beachside Getaway is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach where you can enjoy the surf and the sand. A quick 2-minute drive takes you to shops, restaurants, and activities. Upon entering the foyer of this home, you will find the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with a half bath. The kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, and a combination filter/pod coffee pot. There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy movies or sports on the amazing 85” Sony 4K Smart TV with Wi-Fi and cable provided. Relax on the large couch with a chaise on one end and 2 comfortable accent chairs. Beachside Getaway has a private patio off the living room with outdoor seating. There is a gas BBQ for grilling your daily catch. Once upstairs you will find another living area with a large 55” 4K Smart TV and a comfortable Sofa, Chaise, and Twin size sofa sleeper in one. There is plenty of floor space for kids to play games. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet off of this living area for your use during your stay. The master bedroom (BR1) has a plush King-size bed, a 4K Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. The bunk room (BR2) has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a Hi-Def Smart TV. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a plush King-size bed and a 4K Smart TV. Every bedroom has high ceilings, ceiling fans, and ample closet and dresser storage space for your beach attire. The bunk room and guest room share a full hall bath with a large walk-in shower unit. Enjoy the AMAZING Heated Community Pool with a fun Waterslide and many Palapas throughout. Beachside Getaway is located just blocks from everything in Port A! This property is not available for long-term rentals during the winter months.

Yearly Port A visit

Another great vacay in Port A.Host was gracious and easy to get ahold of when we had any questions.House was very nice.. plenty of room for everyone and all the regular luxuries of home with a beach!!Definitely recommend this one.

Great location

We loved our time. I did question whether the sheets were washed as there was hair and fingernails in one of the beds. We pulled them off and washed them ourselves. Great location. Pool was amazing.

Pleasant stay

The gouse was equipped with everything we needed, clean and good location. We liked the proximity to the beach amd the availability of a community pool thar the kids enjoyed. Pool was definitely not heated though.

Port Aransas vacation

Our place was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the beach. Host was very responsive when we had a small AC issue. They were very quick to respond and fix the AC.

August getaway

Delightful property with everything you would need and many extras. Our 3 year loved the assortment of “new” toys and called it her NEW HOME. Walking distance to the gulf, great pool and very spacious!

Great house

We really enjoyed our time here! It rained almost the entire weekend, and the house was comfortable and well stocked, which was great since we were stuck inside. Only complaint is that the door lock battery was dead when we arrived, but someone came to replace batteries within half an hour so we could get in. We would happily stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachside Getaway is by and far one of the best beach properties we have ever rented. I was a little skeptical because it wasn't ocean view, but once we got there it never entered my mind. The golf cart worked so well. In 5 minutes we were at the beach. The condo is amazing. Everything we could possibly need was available. The kitchen is well stocked, great linens, more TVs than you can imagine! The art work scattered throughout is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Vacation in Paradise

This is our first time staying in this property and we enjoyed it. It was modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The property itself is located a short drive from the beach and has a beautiful pool that provided endless entertainment for our kids with a giant rock slide. The downstairs has the kitchen, living room, dining room and a bathroom. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area. If comfortably held our family of 4 with 2 young kids and my parents. My only concern is that the walls seem to let sound through rather easily and we could hear our neighbors music very easily. It did quiet down around 11 PM so was not intolerable. Overall an excellent stay and we would stay there again if we return to Port A.

A few suggestions

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay! A few suggestions: (and this is me being picky) 1. More than two kitchen towels 2. Hand soap in the kitchen 3. Cleaning supplies. There was nothing to clean the countertops or kitchen table. There was a broom and dust pan, but it was child size…way too small to efficiently clean. 4. Someone needs to slide the oven/stove out and clean that gap. It is full of crumbs and is gross.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at this property. Had everything we could have needed, from large supply of towels, extra sheets and blankets, great pots and pans and utensils, grill, spices etc. AC was perfect and enjoyed the layout. The large TV was a bonus. A couple things I would recommend would be a mattress cover or new mattress in the Master bedroom as the mattress was too firm. Also, some curtains to block out the morning sun would have been useful as well as access to the garage for storage. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate staying here again with a couple of adjustments. This was our second stay at these condos but we enjoyed this unit.

Wonderful Condo, will stay again!

We loved staying at this condo! The decor could not be cuter and was stocked with everything you could need and more. The bedrooms are lovely. The beds are on the firm side, but I slept well and found them comfortable. Do be aware there are no bathtubs, if needing one for a little one. Location was great, near the beach and close to town. The pool was amazing! When it says heated in the winter, it means heated! It felt like a warm bath and we could have stayed in it all day. Be sure to bring your own pool/beach towels. The tv in the living room is HUGE. Such nice touches everywhere you looked. Well furnished and supplied. There is a nice little back patio with a grill. The only suggestions I would make is stocking the condo with more Kleenex, toilet paper and trash bags. I know the property manager tells you there is just enough for 2 days and then you are supposed to supply the rest. But for the price, maybe 4-5 days worth of these products would be nicer. Also, I would have loved if the door code and check in/out info was just emailed or texted. Seemed a bit unnecessary to have to stop by the rental office for just two pieces of paper. Overall an excellent stay and experience. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Favorite condo in Port A yet.

Great Place

Loved staying here. Huge bonus that both bedrooms had King beds since there were 2 couples. Then 3rd bedroom had the bunk beds for the kids. Quick walk to the beach. A couple small issues upon arrival but they were handled super quick, so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again. ;-)

Great for a stay at the beach

We loved the condo - it was clean, the kitchen had the best setup of any short-term rental I've ever stayed at, and there's great living space downstairs and comfortable beds and nice bathrooms up. The pool in the complex was lovely and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Clean, spacious and great location

We came down for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, kitchen was great for cooking and plenty of room for everyone. We’d definitely stay here again. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids as well and they loved the slide.

Port A 2021

We had a great time in Port A as always. This property was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Its well maintained and clean with great AC. Many of the places we have stayed in the past had AC that couldnt keep up in the afternoon heat and humidity. This one never had an issue. We will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place!

This was a great rental for our family. The number of beds, the cleanliness, the decor and the location were wonderful. Noisy guest around us made the late night hours sometimes difficult to sleep through but that is to be expected with such close proximity to the neighbors. (I still can't figure out why the house behind us had the outdoor flood lights on all night!) The kitchen is outfitted with more than everything needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We even found games under the television and had such fun with them! The close proximity to the beach and the rented golf carts made it so easy to watch the morning sunsets or transport beach chairs back and forth. This was our first trip into the outside world after COVID and we made so many memories there. Thank you for sharing this property with us! We would love to come back.
