Wonderful mountain views await you in this four bedroom, two bath vacation rental townhouse located in the desirable Clearbrook II.

Enter the townhome via a private entrance to the locker area and foyer and continue downstairs to the lowest level of the townhouse where you will find a full bath, laundry room and two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen size bed while the other bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The mid-level of the townhouse holds the great room with a gas burning fireplace, large flat screen TV and a spacious wrap around couch; the dining area with a large table seating eight and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and counter seating for two. The deck is accessed from the dining area and has great mountain views. The master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, a private attached bath, flat screen TV and more scenic views is located on the upper most level of the townhouse. Between the Master Bedroom and the Great Room is another Guest Room with a set of bunk beds and a flat screen TV with DVD player. With over 1,550 square feet there is plenty of room for all! Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain ski area is available weekends and holidays in the Winter season only. Pickup is at the beginning of Granite Road and is on an every 15 minute schedule.

The place was great! The photos did lead us to believe that there was a pool available, which our kids were looking forward to. There was no pool on the property or mentioned in the welcome book, but other than that, it was great!

Great condo near Loon

This was a great place to stay for a weekend ski trip at Loon. The condo was clean, updated, and spacious. There was plenty of room for the entire family and the shuttle to the mountain was a very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, convenient to Loon

Had a wonderful time staying for a long weekend with family. Easy to get on and off the bus route (being able to head home for lunch when the lodge is closed is really convenient) and the condo is clean, open, modern and perfect for two families.

Great Getaway!

my family of 4 stayed in this townhouse with another family of 4 just in advance of camp drop off of our kids. The townhouse is very clean and organized, Kristina has thought of everything! With 4 bedrooms and two of them having several bunk bed sets, we all had a comfortable pick of where to sleep. The location is just down the road from Loon Mountain and Adventure center. Your comfortable townhouse made for a great pre-camp get away for our families!

Wonderful Condo

This is a beautiful, clean and spacious condo. Perfect for our stay with two families and kids. Nice bonus views of the mountain. They have thought of everything for your stay. Even down to a glove dryer that I have subsequently ordered for our own household. So convenient to the mountain, Ice Castles and restaurants. Enjoyed the Mountain Club access. Was so impressed with our stay - best condo experience we have had! We will be back.

Perfect for snow Family

Perfect location and beautiful condo. Wonderful unexpected views. Stairs are steep to front door from parking. Would suggest association mind the railings. Definitely will come back!!

Perfect for 2 families!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. We were there with friends and 4 kids 4 and under. You’ll definitely need baby gates for the stairs but otherwise is was great for little ones. It’s very clean, new, and has a nice rustic vibe. There are tons of beautiful kid friendly hikes near by and lots of other things to do. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location!

We loved our stay! The townhouse was very clean and cozy & had everything we needed & more. The only negatives were that there was no AC (our weekend was hot!!) and the listing made it look like the pool was on premises when it was a car ride away since actually down the street at another resort. The pros outweighed the cons by far & we would definitely rent this property again.

This property is just perfect! Close to the mountain, clean, spacious and has everything you would need for a great vacation. The owner has thought of everything! Perfect Loon Ski Weekend

We booked this Clearbrook home for three weekends. It is in a perfect spot. Just down the street from Loon base lodge. The home was spotless and very spacious. Comfortable beds with plenty of rooms to accommodate a big family. Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig (key). TVs in every room, access to sports club etc. We only wished we booked more time. We will certainly be back.
