About this property

Beautiful Lakeside Deer Park Resort

Our 3 level townhome has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms. The entry level has a large comfortable living room, dining table with spectacular lake and Loon mountain views. Spacious newly renovated and updated kitchen with new stainless appliances. First level queen bedroom with access to bathroom. Large deck overlooking the lake with retractable awning and gas grill. The third floor has a large master suite with master bathroom including jetted soaking tub. The lower level has a large second living room perfect for the kids to hang out in. The couch has a pull out queen mattress. Two bedrooms, bedroom 1- one queen with bathroom access and bedroom 2- two twin bunkbeds, plus one single bed. Walk out to the lake from our patio and enjoy paddle boarding, and kayaking, plus many floats and inflatable island with cooler. In front of our unit is the Pemi river great for fishing. Walk to the Deer Park private entrance to the Cascades on the Pemi River with swimming holes and natural waterslides. The nearby clubhouse has a large indoor heated pool/hot tub area, racquetball courts, large great room with game tables. Outdoor gas fire pit for guests. In the winter there is an outdoor ice rink and Deer Park offers a free shuttle to Loon mountain.

Beautiful Home and perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Their home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! It’s in a perfect location, right on the lake, river is behind the home and it’s very close to the indoor pool/ rec center! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Deer Park!We had an amazing time at this spacious condo on the lake at Deer Park! It was perfect for our crew of 10. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of bath and pool towels provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy for our group. We also enjoyed using the grill and all the great pool and lake amenities, fun for both kids and adults!

Terrific location and home

Terrific location just off 93 and very convenient for hiking. Home is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and try to rebook as needed.

Awesome rental directly on the pond-lake

Great rental. Large house with a dock for easy entry into the lake. The house is outfitted with all that is needed. Looking forward to coming back again.

Skiing with the family

We rented this condo for two nights for a family ski trip for 9, children and adults. The condo is very attractive, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room, very comfortable, wonderful fireplace. Only minutes to Loon Mountain. The Clubhouse has a very nice pool and other activities. It sits on a pretty pond. We all highly recommend it.

Clean, convenient, warm home with every amenity. Perfect for a family or two families with children... beautifully located on a serene lake and next to a creek. Did we say clean??? Impeccable, is more accurate! Kids loved the club house... parents loved the fire place and thoughtfulness of owners. We had a wonderful visit and will be coming back.

Perfect space and perfect location.

The property was amazing! Great central location to everything the White Mountains have to offer. House had every amenity you could need, right on the lake with access to kayak, paddleboards and floats. Great community with short simple trails leading to the river. Probably my best stay in NH yet!

Deer Park is super convenient to everything and Kristen's place is in the best spot. Awesome addition of the bunk room downstairs too. Place is always in great shape and she is accessible when you need her. We'll be back next year.

I’ve been going to Deer Park off and on for 7 years this home was amazing. The owner was wonderful. The inside was very clean and was supplied with anything you would’ve needed. Perfect view of mountain and beach and had a great time with all the paddle boards , floats and paddle boat. Highly recommend!
