“Selah By The Sea” A Tropical Paradise, Steps to Beach.

Newly renovated with all new extra large windows that bring the tropical experience into the interior. Most of the furnishings are brand-new including the beds and linens. Tropical Decor-2 Bedroom, 2 Baths with showers, Ocean Views from Living, Dining, and Master Bedroom and of course from the private balcony. Tiki entrance, dining room and living room combination with sliding glass doors to balcony that overlooks the palm tree surrounded pool and sandy ocean beach. The galley kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Eat in dining area, or on the balcony. A beautiful short walk down the beach to The Palms Restaurant for any meal from breakfast to lunch or dinner. Guest room has two twin beds with a private bathroom including shower. Master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony, as well as an private bathroom with shower. You will fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and wake up refreshed and have breakfast and coffee on the balcony enjoying the fresh air and memory making view. Spend your time relaxing at the pool or rent a car and explore the beauty of the island. So much to do and see so close. The unit is centrally located and close to town with all the history, dining and activities you desire. You will love "Selah By The Sea"

needs work

great location - not accurate description of condition of property. many things were rusted through and when touched would fall apart-main breeze door screen was completely off and could not be repaired leaving us with many many bug bites. owner was nice enough to refund some funds but because of rusted shelf that fell when a box of soap was put on it - blamed us. sad - the property is in much need of repair.

Thank you Trish for your factual review. Yes the location is fantastic. We do appoligize for the inconvience you encountered during your stay. We have only recently purchesd this unit and still learning. We are carrying out large scale renovations during the summer months so the unit is back to pristine condition by November. All new doors, screens and windows as well as updating more of the furnishings. We again are sorry your experience wasn't as great as we had hoped, but your comments were taken to heart and major changes are under way. Thank you again for choosing our island home. Hopefully we will have the chance to show you the improvements some day. Ron and Kathy

"Selah by the Sea" truly a Tropical Paradise

This is definitely a 5 star property and anyone visiting St. Croix should make this their home away from home because it truly is. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the cool tradewinds is hands down awesome. Grab you cup of joe (or tea) and sit on the balcony, sit by the pool or down at the beach the choice is yours but you would love any one - I did. The condo was fully stocked with everything you might need from cleaning supplies to things for the beach. The condo is well maintained and very comfortable. Ron & Kathy are great hosts and responds quickly to any questions you might have. This vacation was awesome and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you Ron and Kathy for everything.

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay at the Cruzan Princesse. Ron and Kathy's place is decorated in a great style and the condo is very well laid out. There is a galley kitchen stocked with everything we needed. There is a great breeze going through and we could hear the surf. The pool is lovely and it was great to be able to walk to the beach. You can't really swim off this beach but there is a nice beach just about 30 yards away. Great location overall. I would love to go back.

We had a great time!

The property was lovely. It had a great pool that my son enjoyed with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is too rough to swim there, but you can still take a walk and the noise of the ocean waves was amazing to sleep to. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony has great views of the ocean and pool and comfy lounge furniture. It was more than enough room for the three of us. We did a lot of exploring around the island, and the condo was in a really good location as a base camp. Ron and Kathy were great to work with. They were very responsive and helpful. I asked for a few suggestions of what to do and where to eat, and they gave us some perfect suggestions.

Large condo right on beach

We enjoyed our stay and liked the condo’s space and location to the beach and nice pool. Owners were nice and responsive to our communication. Lesson learned for us is not to rent a home like this in middle of summer with no A/C as it’s was swealtering hot inside despite windows open.

Everything was great until the flood . I realize this was unusual, because I’ve looked into weather stats. It kind of ended our vacation. Wes had to wash all towels, I was trying to keep all electronics dry because we had them on tiki bar . Thank goodness all Wes work stuff, computer , phones, work. To lose all his work material would have been devastating . My phone still works it just doesn’t ring. Oh well I hurt my knee really badly, I know it already bone on bone but a a knee injury hurts like mad. I had know idea where to go , I only went up and down stairs once a day . The part that really irritated me was you guys never bothered. To ask how are you, or hoes the place? Just asking r u ok would have made all the difference. Otherwise ur place was beautiful We had a nice time. Everything we needed was there. Thank you for everything but u need to check in when your guest has an injury. It wasn’t a leak, it was a flood. I was scared to death. Not ur fault. I had to scoot on but to get up to bed. I would suggest u check on your guests after that kind of disaster Thanks for everything.. also we talked about long term rental, you have not contacted us even tho none was our fault. Thanks again , Beth
